Rugs provided. See pretty much all the interesting buildings etc in route
Daniel easy going and gave enough info but did not overwhelm us with too much info.

We could not hear the guide or see well out of the car with the sides of the car. We kept saying what and one of us had to repeat everything she said louder. Disappointed.

It’s a good experience, but having been to Vienna before, I know that the tour doesn’t do justice to the city. The most important landmark of Vienna, The St. Stephen’s Cathedral, is not covered in the tour!!! And that was disappointing.
But, Paul, our guide, was very warm and accommodating. And for whatever was included in the tour, we had a good time

Such a beautiful way to see the city of Vienna. The car was very comfortable. Our tour guide was very good and brought us to good locations. Definitely recommend. 7th July.

It was a very nice ride! We’ve all been to Vienna many times, but still learnt something new. The only down side is time - I wish it was a bit longer than 45 minutes

The guide was very nice, stopped for photo opportunities and to peak at the rose garden. We had booked an hour and he added a few minutes.

A great way to get your bearings when you first arrive. Our driver was very good and would certainly recommend anyone to do this tour, especially if like us you are short on time in the city.

The tour provider did not inform us of their allowable range of their so called “city center” for us to be picked up at the hotel. We were waiting for an hour and ended up going ourselves to the city area. They weren’t friendly enough too when we called them up on the phone. Once we reached the area, we realized that our tour guide doesn’t know how to speak English too so it was difficult to communicate. We just went with the flow but to be honest we felt that he was drunk at that time and everytime he was seeing ladies on the streets he was cat-calling at them which we find inappropriate. We didn’t also enjoy the view because apart from the car which has roof, we also weren’t allowed to go down much or at least very little time. So to us, it’s not worth teh trip, not worth your money. If I were you, just try to DIY or try e-scooter or carousel. But not this, I am afraid. You are just gonna put your money to wait. We would have been more understanding if this tour provider was transparent and friendly enough to tourist, but no. Got to be real. So think twice before you book this trip.

After a bad start due to some mix up at the tour company, no one had come to pick the 6 of us up at the hotel even after more than 90 minutes of waiting and numerous phone calls to the company. Finally we ended up getting ourselves to a pick up point after a tram ride and lots of walking ! However thankfully the Gold tour itself was pretty comprehensive and we had very nice driver. Unfortunately I can't remember his name.
Just a word of advice to future purchasers of this tour, even an email confirmation of a hotel pick up not a surety that one will get picked at the hotel ! Reason given to us by the company was that the person who had confirmed pick up via email was on leave that particular day !!!
