Good guide but disorganised and mis-sold

Unfortunately this was very badly organised - while the guide was great and turned up on time, he had not been informed about what we had booked and didn’t even know how long our tour was going to be. He asked us to let him know what we had booked. We also paid a higher price point than other tours as it included prosecco. There was no offer of prosecco. We enjoyed the tour but did not receive what we were sold which was really disappointing.

The tour was very straightforward to book and clear instructions for smooth sailing. Our driver was Aymane (hopefully spelling it right) who was a masters student at Vienna University (I think). It was a wonderful experience getting to see old town with a well learned and friendly person. The teip was worth the money and guaranteed comfort and privacy as its a group based activity. If you are a family of 3-4 upto 7, this is a must do in vienna. You get a flying tour of major attractions and can mark which ones to revisit in detail.
