Absolute fraud

Ed_E, May 2026

Absolute fraud. No QR code was ever provided so no entry into attraction. O response by tour operator no answering phone. Called Viator, no help

Response from Host, Sep 2026

Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention, and we are deeply sorry to hear about the deeply frustrating experience you had during your visit to Venice. We completely understand your anger after being denied entry due to a missing QR code, as well as the lack of support from both the tour operator and our help lines when you needed assistance. Reliable ticket delivery and responsive customer service are baseline standards for us, and it is unacceptable that you were left stranded at the attraction. We take your feedback extremely seriously and are immediately escalating this issue internally to investigate why your tickets and call were mishandled. Please contact our support team directly with your booking details so we can prioritize your case and process a full refund for your experience.
