Didn't get the tickets, neither the redunds. It's even easier to get tickets on the official website. Will never use viator again.

Regarding the refund, we have checked on our end and can confirm that it has already been processed through Viator. If you haven’t received it yet, we kindly recommend checking directly with the viator, as the final processing time depends on their system and your payment provider.

Get in line early and that your ticket barcode works. Size limit on handheld items to a medium backpack or smaller. Prepare for wind, great view of Venice

Take an elevator to the top of the bell tower to see stunning views of Venice in all directions. You could get lost for hours looking at the city.

Very nice to do this experience in our own pace. It was easy with the jump the cue tickets and the views in the bell tower are truly spectacular!!!!

In all the emails/texts from Viator they didn’t tell us that we needed to use the WhatsApp app to download the actual tickets! They sent us confirmations and Vouchers with no other explanation. So we were standing in the rain trying to figure out how to get our tickets. Some people in our group didn’t have the WhatsApp app and ended up having to buy new tickets on site to get in.
Also there was no Digital Audio Guide! We didn’t get whatever the Digital Audio Guide is so we didn’t learn anything about the Tower.
Probably better to wait and buy your tickets when you arrive and get what you’re paying for... we bought on Viator weeks in advance and had to wait in line anyway to find out we didn’t have what we needed.
Its a fabulous view if that’s all you want but a little too pricey just for the short view.

Fantastic way to view the City of Venice. Lift takes you to the top of the tower.
Book ahead wectried too scan the booking code at the entrance and it showed no tix available.
Thankfully going through Viator we were able to secure entry tix within an hour.
