Emma did a great job managing the trip. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Her goal is to inform you about the culture in a friendly manner. We really enjoyable way. Also this was far less expensive than other comparable trips.

Our tour guide Emma was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The glass factory was very interesting and beautiful to see. We were then free to walk around Burano a lovely little island. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I really enjoyed our private tour with Emma. Private water taxi is the only way to travel to the islands. After the glass place we asked if she could bring us around Murano she was more than willing. She showed us some of the island then we were on our way to Burano. In Burano we choose to skip the lace making and just explore the island. She took us down some of the streets that were not filled with tourists, brought us to her favorite biscuit place then we were off to explore on our own. It was a very lovely day exploring the islands.

This is a worthwhile tour, especially if you only have one day in Venice. I wish I could have spent more time on both islands. The glass factory was amazing and makes me appreciate the art of glass sculptures and even light fixtures even more. The lace making was just as impressive. September is a good time to go, as it is less crowded.

We were picked up on time and all the logistics were great. We took far too long in Murano without realizing it and then we had to rush Burano. It was out fault how long we took as we were shopping but we didn’t realize how tight we made the backend. They don’t want to rush you but should tell you how you may want to split your time. Burano is worth more time than Murano. Federico was very friendly and we did feel like he was focused (and coached us) on the tip – that’s could be ok.

Be careful with this operator. They offered private transportation, but it turned out to be shared. They offered guidance in Spanish, but he barely managed a few words and his English was not much better. They offered to walk and meet Murano, but really they just keep you in a huge selling room trying to sell you pieces of glass. The operator is not responsible for its false advertising and Viator does not bother demanding, all very disappointing.

Bien para ahorrarte colas del vaporetto (que eran enormes) porque vas en taxi. En nuestro caso la guia q nos toco, Irene, muy simpatica pero explicar lo que es explicar poquito. Te llevan a la fabrica de cristal y a una tienda en Burano a ver el punto y listo. En mi caso ibamos 1 adulto y dos niños y creo q compenso por el tiempo ahorrado y q mis hijos no requerian mucha explicacion adicional.
