It was a short demonstration how objects were made. Even shorter participation to blow glass for maybe a minute only to break it into a basket. Big pressure to purchase their merchandise. Feel this was over priced for this excursion

Lovely activity in Murano

Was short but sweet and watching the master at his work was amazing. He made a horse by pulling molten glass with tweezers, I couldn’t do that with clay. Kids were also allowed to blow glass under supervision and they loved it.

The glass blower made objects in front of us. The experience was interesting and informative. Murano is a beautiful island to visit.We really enjoyed it.

We got to blow the glass however I am not sure the whole experience was worth it. I expected a more interesting demonstration other than the one you could get for free but we got lumbered in with a massive tour group so the experience did not feel special.

Hello Lisa, you had a hard time to find the glass factory, but arriving in Murano it is one of the biggest buildings you see with a huge GINO MAZZUCCATO GLASS FACTORY on the facade so I don’t know how you could not to see it… you contacted us and we helped you immediately…

Blowing glass for myself was unforgettable and very fun, even if it was a short experience. We were happy to have the experience over a free souvenir and to be able to choose a souvenir of our own. It gave us an appreciation of the difficulty of controlling the glass and gauging the pressure to make actual parts. It was cool to hear stories from the glass master and see the passion in person. The demonstration included a few different techniques and parts they actually sell and you could later see in the shop, which we also enjoyed.

Not what I expected. The glass blowing demo was interesting but the experience was disappointing. My daughter and I each got a minute or so to go up and blow into a tube and then smash the glass bubble we had just blown. That’s it. We paid more than the rest of the crowd and got very little for it. Also the entire experience, including the demo, was not more than 20 minutes.

Fun experience. Not only did I get to watch the master artist create blown glass sculptures, I actually got to try it. And they even use my camera to shoot a video of my experience. Highly recommend it!

For the price, this was fun to be able to watch the glass blowing technique and then also try it out for ourselves. Now we didn't get to make anything real, but we did (including our 5 year old) get a chance to blow through the tube to see the reaction and precise technique needed to do the work of the master glass blowers. Highly recommend!

It was a fun experience. Everyone was super nice. They explained the glass making process and then demonstrated some glass skills. My family and I were then able to try to blow glass. There was a shop to purchase glass items with no pressure to buy which was nice. I would recommend them!

The experience itself was really good. The staff were informative and engaging. My issue was that the experience was sold as being for 45 minutes. We were somewhat rushed in and out all done in 20 mins. What we experienced was great but wanted and expected more. We also booked for 6 people but when we arrived they said only 4 people could do the actual glassblowing. Still don't know why. Fortunately 2 of our group didn’t want to do it but still charged the same price. They could make this experience fantastic but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend in its current form.

This was really neat and I could have watched an hours long demonstration from the glass master. I was glad we booked through viatour because a lot of the others in our group had booked somewhere else and they did not get to participate and blow glass. The whole experience was really fun.

Our family was extremely happy with our experience, it was well worth the money and the people were very kind! We were shown by the glass master how a vase and a horse figure are made. We also got to blow the glass to form a big bubble, which we really liked. As said, all the staff was very kind to us and we were very happy and pleased with our choice to book this experience :) We definitely recommend booking this experience if you want to see a glass master in action and also want to blow the glass a little bit, with a very good quality-price ratio!
