Not a good experience. Canceled ~3hrs before the tour and no assistance or response regarding refunds. Responded to operator's cancelation message and sent 2 other messages to the operator and Viator and no response. Paid 57 Euro for nothing and was "ghosted" by the service. AVOID!

It was ok really not worth the mone. The guide was nice yet only brought us to 4 different locations and told stories. Would have liked a little more entertainment from the guide. I ended up leaving half way through.

We thought we had a last minute booking through a helpful online chat. We were given either a tour that didn’t exist, or the wrong departure point. We couldn’t find the tour and ended up rushing around trying to find them with no avail.

Fun tour. More legends than ghosts/hauntings. Only complaint was that our tour guide showed up at the meeting point a minute before the tour was scheduled to begin. Thought we were in the wrong spot. Then as soon as the tour finished she walked off, didn’t even stay for anyone in the group to tip her.

I enjoyed the legends & stories. The trip was a nice length for evening. I do suggest tweaking the name, as I believe some people were looking for something more "spooky". Please be prepared that very rapid walking is needed to accommodate the anecdotes told (while standing still) and the distance covered from place to place. I am thankful that the narrative wasn't done while walking; as I am somewhat hard of hearing I wouldn't have been able to hear if the stories had been on the go. So much time & material was covered that I was surprised at the end to discover we had stayed within the timeline. And special thanks for the guide who verified that everyone knew how to get back where they were going from the end point. Nicely done, lovely guide.

This was awful. I felt really sorry for the tour guide. I don't know if if it was her first time but could hardly hear her, there were no ghost stories. As her English wasn't great we didn't understand a lot of what she was trying to say. Really expensive for what it is, felt very ripped off. Had much better ghost tours in other cities for less than half the price. It was so bad I'm considering trying to get my money back .

We followed the instructions as per tickets on where to meet but no one turned up, I called the number, no response and have messaged the company for an explanation but again no response. On further research after we missed the tour, we discovered that we were given the wrong meeting point on our tickets, leaving us very disappointed, wasted money and the tour company cannot even be bothered to respond to my messages.

Our guide Claudia was very nice but we found it difficult to hear her. Not necessarily her fault, the crowds were very loud. It was more a tour of the macabre than an actual ghost tour. I was expecting to hear more about hauntings then gruesome history.

Good value...other reviews here seemed disappointed that there were no ghosts, but the stories and legends involve apparitions and visions...I think they were well spooky and just fine. Our guide communicated in English well and was very enthusiastic ...nobody in my group was disappointed

Cool night walking tour around emblematic places. The ghost stories were interesting ghost stories. I had some wow'es! The tour guide knows her narrative, but I missed some answers about Venice History. She speaks good English too.

A lot of walking, but, totally worth it! After seeing all the "touristy" stuff, we went back at night to see the darker side , and it was incredible. Our guide really presented the scary backstory to such a historical city.

Unfortunately this wasn’t a great tour, we really tried but left half way through. We couldn’t hear and there didn’t seem much story . Sorry first bad review I have had to leave and felt bad leaving. Maybe we should have persisted.

This walk lasted about an hour and a half. We met the guide in St Mark's Square and she walked us round the streets of Venice, telling us stories of times past and possible ghosts. It wasn't really a ghost walk as much as a history walk but it was interesting to find out about Venice's history.
Recommend this if you want to know more about Venice and walk off the usual tourist streets.

Really poor guide. Spent most of the tour talking in Italian with another person. Didn’t seem clear on any of the stories. Very disappointing. Wanted to leave half way through.

We were very fortunate to have Maria our guide all to ourselves and she gave 100% . Her English language was excellent and her knowledge of Venice history was exemplary and made the tour very interesting, answering all our questions even when going off the topic .

Some good stories from a well informed guide. Most stories based on myths/ legends rather than ghost stories but as tours go it was okay. Guide didn’t seem to be expecting so many of us on tour so we were all given radios which enabled us to hear guide. Teenage kids found it a bit boring.
