The tour has a guide only on the boat; the islands are seen on your own.

This tour is not private.
If the chosen time is not available, you will be transferred to another time on the same day. These changes do not depend on us. Therefore, when booking you are aware of this possible change, subsequent refund requests will not be accepted. Example: If you choose the 9:30 am time slot and the ticket office closes at that time, you will be transferred to the first available time slot, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 14pm or 14:30pm.
Important notice for last-minute reservations (same day or overnight): in case of lack of seats, the customer will be placed on the day following the reserved date.
Importantly, we ask you to arrive 20 minutes before the departure of the tour, because you have to show your voucher at the ticket office and receive the tickets, if you do not arrive on time or miss the meeting point, you will miss the tour. If you miss the tour, you will not receive a refund.
When you arrive at the meeting point, you must enter the Alilaguna ticket office, show the voucher, which we will send you via WhatsApp, and receive the tickets.

Expensive, disappointing and not worth the time or money

This is no tour. No time to explore at all but a mad rush via public transport from one to the next isalnd. As beautiful as the Murano glass is, it is. Highly organised selling pitch. Burano they srop you off with again no time to explore. It would be better to buy a ticket on the water taxi and do this in your own time and own way. On top of everything the young men managing the taxi is rude and disrespectful. I overheard them commenting on customers and laughing. They way they do it is so obvious you dont even need to understand Italian. Long day running from noat to boat with no real reward of having seen or experiences anything. Also the boat leaves whenever it wants, wheter its the time they gave you or not so make sure you are not left behing. Dont waste your money on this tour.

Two beautiful islands with very distinct vibe. We had a private schedule for our bigger group, which made the timing of the factory visit, lunch and free time perfect. Very nice guide Hector took good care of us!

this was an okay excursion. the times at each island were short. the island of torcello, as they told us, was known for its restaurants however we weren’t given enough time to sit and eat at one. the only guide giving us info was the person on the boat and it was over a muffled loudspeaker so we couldn’t really hear. also the meeting point directions were rather confusing. the day before we were sent a whatsapp instruction, that was different from the one in app. but the change in time zone change and being on vacation led me to forget about it and use the one from the app which took us to the wrong point and we were about 1 minute from missing the boat. all in all, it was nice. the islands were beautiful and unique and if you’re just looking to see the islands quickly, this trip works and it’s good for the price.

Not recommended - don’t waste your money

Average. Basically, this was a boat ride to 3 islands. You can simply purchase the tickets for yourself from any of the water taxi stops and save yourself some money. We got left behind at the last stop because we were literally 1 minute late - departure time was 2:35 pm and we arrived at the dock watching them sail off despite the fact that they took a headcount of passengers at every other stop and knew good and well how many people were supposed to be on deck. I get the importance of timeliness; however, putting that aside, there was nothing special about their service or this experience and wouldn’t recommend it.
