Fantástico! Una experiencia única y diferente! Desde el momento en que quedé con la chef Morven para hacer la compra de los ingredientes que nos harían falta para la elaboración de la coca Valenciana, en el mismo mercado de Ruzafa. Es una practica que en muchos sitios se esta perdiendo y que me gusto volver a recuperar sobre todo por el trato con la gente tan cercano y las recomendaciones y por supuesto por la calidad de los productos. Morven tan amable, te abre las puertas de su casa para compartir su experiencia mientras lo ameniza con uno de sus cócteles o sorbetes. Además de comernos la receta, muy buena y sencilla, me pude llevar para que mi familia la probara junto con un exquisito postre vegano.
