Our guide Micko was a true professional. He is unbelievably knowledgeable about the region, funny, a perfect choice. He had amazing insight of local history, geography, advice on what to do, where to go, recommendations on where to eat. He is a true treasure to Niagara Day Tours. The bus was nice, clean. The drive from Toronto to Niagara Falls was smooth as can be. We had about 3 1/2 hours to explore the Falls, which was a sufficient amount of time. Take the Hornblower Cruise into the Falls, if the option is available, well worth it. If you are lucky enough to have him as your guide, you are in for a treat.

Mel was an amazing Host! Very informative and quite funny! I think we had more than enough time at each stop, allowing us to tour things that we may not have stopped by on our own. We got to see wild turkeys and a Fox! Would definitely book this tour again and do the boat ride next!! Oh they do offer tickets on the bus at a cheaper price, don’t worry about booking Skylon or the boat ride ahead!

Last time we visited we went by train - this was a much better experience. So glad to be advised to go up Skylon Tower - amazing! Narration was full of information and guide was very kind.

Unique view of Niagara Falls from the Canadian side. The bus driver was very precise with historical facts related to the area and the falls. You really have to book the boat tour and the tower in Addison to the bus trip this booking provides in order to get the full experience of the falls.

We thought we were booking a small group. However the group turned out to be about 40 people! We had an additional stop at the Maple Syrup store but were able to complete all other stops as listed on the itinerary. Mel, the driver/tour guide was very accommodating and enriched our experience with his historical knowledge and sense of humor. Overall, we were very satisfied with this tour!

We chose this particular Niagara Falls excursion because the description said it would be a small group of no more than 14 people. That was SO wrong. We had nearly 40 in our group. The tour also stated that we would get 3.5 hours at the falls. We were given less than three. The first stop of the tour was some type of Maple Leaf shopping center. This was not listed as a stop and it took 45 minutes of our time. A total waste. We were pretty much forced into a maple syrup sampling (we did not partake) and then given way too much time to roam around an overpriced gift shop or get food from a food court at 10am. I feel like this was added into the trip as some type of kickback between Chariots of Fire and the gift shop. The other five minute "stops" were then just quick drive bys and then we FINALLY made it to the falls. However, Skylon Tower was first and while everyone paid to go up, it was not worth it and another coerced attraction. The description of the trip said Skylon would be an option while at the falls and tickets could be purchased from the driver. It did not say that the driver would take you directly to Skylon and make everyone get off the bus and go in whether you wanted to or not. This was also a HUGE waste of time. When we finally got dropped off at the falls, the people who had tickets for the boat ride had to go immediately, or they wouldn't have time. Thankfully, we skipped the boat ride and went to get lunch since it was almost 1:00pm! For a tour that left Toronto at 8am to not get to Niagara until almost 1:00 is ridiculous. We felt completely misled and ripped off. If I had known that the tour would go in reverse, be way more people than listed, and given over an hour less time at the main attraction, I would have booked with a different company. If you're thinking of booking this one because you like it's description, don't be deceived. You're not getting what's advertised.

Our website does not say that we are limited to 14 people, Viator added that because we had a 14 seat bus at the time that we made the listing. We have now updated it.
We stopped at Maple Leaf Place for 3 reasons 1.) They have 3 sets of clean washrooms for passengers to use after the drive from Toronto. 2.) For those that are interested, they offer free tasting samples of three different kinds of Maple Syrup, maple fudge, and chocolates, and 3.) for those who didn't have breakfast, they serve fine food made fresh daily on site, which can be carried back on the bus in take-out cartons.
99% of our passengers appreciate the scenic drive on the Parkway, following the Niagara River with 5 minute picture stops at the Whirlpool Rap[ids, Hydro-electric Dams, Floral Clock, and one of the world's smallest chapels.
On a daily basis, year in and year out, almost all our passengers appreciate going up the Skylon Tower for the magnificent panoramic views of the Falls and River, and the opportunity for great photography. For those who don't go up the Tower, the driver is available to drive them down for extra time at the riverside.
After the Skylon Tower, our passengers have 3 hours to explore the riverside on their own. This includes time for the boat ride which is around half an hour.
From experience, we include what 98% of what our passengers value.

Being able to go up the Tower overlooking the Falls followed by the Boat up to the Falls and finally seeing the falls before they plunge to the bottom is an experience I and my group won’t soon forget !!

This tour is just awesome. They don’t really tell you all but covers a lot. We ha bathroom break and then syrup tasting, pass by chapel and quick photo op for whirlpool. The only thing is if you’re riding boat I think the actual time at falls should at least one more hour. We had a great time

The tour was amazing! The guide was friendly, attentive, and shared lots of stories about Canada and the falls. We stopped in beautiful places and had an excellent sightseeing experience. It was a really great experience!

Don't really know where to start, it was fa tastic from start to finish. Our tour guide Mel told us many many stories along the way and made sure every thing kept to time, every one was cool enough and we'll hydrated.
We started at the skylon tower (extra $15) which was well worth it for the aerial shots of both the American and Canadian falls.
Then to the hornblower (extra $35), one of the best things I've ever done, truly amazing, especially on the top deck, we were very lucky with the weather so dried off very quickly!
Then a few photo stops, and lastly an hour at Niagara on the Lake, a beautiful little village so glad we went there.
Would recommend to everyone coming for sure!

Pick up was prompt and efficient. There are a total of 3 hours in Niagara Falls which I found to be enough time to see the falls, walk around, and grab a snack. Tour guide Mel was very knowledgable

The bus driver/operator. Mel was the by far, the best driver and tour commentator that we have ever had. He had awesome comments and suggestions that made the tour fantastic. He has a cool sense of humour that we most enjoyed.

We went on this trip in June 2022. It is a packed tour and we got to see many highlights within a Day. Our driver, Melvin, was super enthousiast and he gave us alot of nice information about canada and the places we visited. Highly recommended if you want to see everything around niagara and dont have days to spend there. It was exactly as advertised..

The wealth of information, that Mel provided was very entertaining. He even incorporated a bump in the highway into the tour. With a berry funny story.

Really enjoyed our day. Very informative, was brought to the observation tower first in Niagara this had fab views of the falls, was then brought to the falls and had free time here.
Had a few stops then and went to Niagara on The Lake after, this gorgeous town was a lovely little break before heading back to Toronto.

I would recommend this tour but want to set expectations that this is basically a chaperone bus that takes you to Niagra falls, and Niagra on the lake. You have free time in both areas. The bus is more of a big van. It's comfortable though. It has comfy seats, big windows, high ceilings. It was clean and had good speakers too. This tour says max 14 people but that's not true, our tour was like 25 or more. The tour guide just leaves you. He's more of a bus driver. On the bus he gives historical information as we drive by, which is nice. I forgot our tour guides name but he spoke like he was reading a script the whole time, it was like I was listening to an audio book about the history of Toronto and Niagra. He even recited whole poems and book excerpts, it was interesting I guess. Different from other tour guides I had. Other tours I have taken the tour guide drives but also comes out for a bit to interact with the guests, answer questions and show them around a bit. That's not the case here. So if you are looking to be chaperoned to these to places with 3 hours of free time in Niagara falls and an hour of free time at Niagara on the lake then this is the tour for you! All tickets for experiences are extra. So if you want to go to the top of the look out tower which is the first stop (you spend an hour there which I felt was a lot of time - I would have rather spent more time in Niagra on the lake) you have to pay for it. If you want to do the tour behind the falls you have to pay for it. My favorite part of course was the falls and I am super happy I paid to go behind the falls since in April. My next favorite thing is Niagra on the lake. I wish we had more time in the cute town. Lots of cool shops and there is this most amazing fudge shop there that has ice wine fudge! Niagra region is known for ice wine, so when you are there try something with it!

Very good! Well organized. I really recommend the skylon tower for nice views of the falls. Very much fog/mist down at them, so to get the birds eye was worth it!!

Fantastic tour to an amazing sight. A full day of sight seeing. Mel our driver and guide was great with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the falls and Toronto. The wine tasting was a nice end to the day.
