Roy made this experience memorable for a lifetime. We got picked up in a beautiful Escalade. The ride to Niagara Falls was smooth and relaxing. When we arrived, we did the boat tour of the falls. I highly recommend the upgrade. What an incredible experience. We ended the day at Niagara on the Lake, which is one of the most charming and beautiful cities ever. You won't regret booking this amazing excursion!

Eli our driver was very nice but basically this was transportation to and from the Falls area. We viewed the falls and took the boat tour and then were dropped off at Niagara on the Lake to find a lunch place. It was very quaint but there was no winery tour and no information regarding the falls provided. You need to do your own research or book another guide for when you arrive at the falls if interested. Upon researching a tour of the Wayne Gretzky winery was additional and we were told this was not included in our price. Driving was superb but the nature of the tour on Viator was misleading to us.

Our driver Salim was informative, gregarious and gave us lots of jokes. He was accommodating to stops at additional sites we wanted to see along the way and kept us in good timing so we did not miss a thing. Absolutely awesome experience. Highly recommended.

Despite poor weather we have enjoyed a great day visiting Niagara and the surrounding sites. The personalised tour suited us perfectly and Roy, our guide was happy to move the normal agenda around so we saw the falls later in the day when the weather was forecast to be drier.
The car was spotlessly clean and Roy, our guide and driver was safe, courteous, and very knowledgeable.
Our favourite parts were Niagara on the lake and, of course, the falls themselves.

If you want the best, you have to find the best.
We found the best, we found Roy. Roy was professional, punctual, compassionate and knowledgeable. Roy showed us so many sites we never felt rushed. He took his time and whenever we are back in toronto we will use Roy again. He's a five star professional driver.

There is no more luxurious or easier way to see Niagara in a day. Top class spacious and well equipped SUV with luxury interior and comfortable seating. Kanga was a brllliant and attentive driver and guide. The whole day was easy memorable and fun. Well worth the money!

Vineet was absolutely wonderful. He was prompt, professional and courteous. There were 5 ladies and he tolerated our laughter and girl talk like a pro. He is a wealth of knowledge about everything and made sure we saw all of the attractions. This tour is definitely worth the price. The best thing about the trip was the awesome Niagara Falls. This beautiful act of nature is a must see. I recommend a private tour for all

Our driver Kanga was incredible not only that he was super polite , on time and flexible. He was so kind to our daughter which has some disabilities and at times due to her disabilities might demand extra attention and understanding. He did everything what was in his power for our family so she could as well enjoy fully this amazing experience. Ajay was a wonderful guide. Very safe driving to and from the falls. He was able to accommodate our plans for the day and added some fun stops that we enjoyed like fudge tasting and scenic other stops. We had a passenger in a wheelchair and he took care of the wheelchair each stop. Ajay also made us a reservation for lunch in NOTL that was excellent. Very pleased with our tour. Thanks Ajay!!

Gorav our driver was prompt, friendly, professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable and he gave us a great day. I had hoped to do the wine tasting mentioned in the possible itinerary but on the day was told I needed to get tickets in advance. Has the tour operator told me this I would have asked them to organise in advance. This meant we were limited to the Falls and Niagara on the lake. The first was great. The second ok. But seeing the Falls was worth the cost and the long journey
