今回のサービスには失望しました。予約時に車種を明確に選択できる仕様になっておらず、当日現れたのはまさかのハイエースでした。車内には「出口」などの表示があり、まるで商用車のような仕様で、このクオリティに対して支払った金額が妥当なのか強い疑問を抱きました。予約確認書には、アルファードと記載されていましたので尚更であり、異なることを伝えたら、すでに成田空港から出ているにも関わらず、確認書にハイエースと記載し送付しなおすなど、品質面の課題は大きいように感じます。空港からタクシー乗車した場合と金額も変わらないことを考えるとタクシーで良いと感じました。さらに、高速道路を利用したものの適切なインターチェンジで降りず、結果として遠回りすることになりました。車両の基準に関してもルートの効率性に関しても、期待を大きく下回る体験でした（成田から自家用車およびタクシーで帰宅したこともあるため尚更そのように感じます）
