Buying tickets ahead saved us so much time. This was our favorite of the three “big” sites in Sintra. Highly recommended!

These tickets were not honored at the Moorish Castle. The gentleman scanning said they were not valid.
I would like a refund.

This is a stunning place with steep steps. When we got to the ticket area, the download did not work but the gentlemen were nice enough to admit us anyway. This was our second time giving Viator a chance, and it was just too difficult. Buy from the park website itself. Don’t bother with VIATOR!

Long story short, the moorish castle doesn’t recognize Viator bookings and in spite of having tickets for 2 entry and an audio tour. They said they have been having a lot of trouble with Viator so we had to REPURCHASE TICKETS to get in! I WANT A REFUND VIATOR!

Great views. No handicap cap access only o the bottom part of the castle.
I Can get foggy and windy pretty quickly. Be carful with your hats or glasses they may fly down out of your face or head.
