Best Trip ever!

Our driver, Dario, was great. He was English-speaking and knowledgeable! He assisted us with the beauty of the area, and made suggestions for us. He was remarkable! The transport was comfortable, but Dario made the difference!

Mount Etna is a must if in Sicily. It was a wonderful experience. Taormina, while very pretty, is just a tourist trap. Spend more time at Etna, and skip Taormina. I had a private driver who was absolutely wonderful. He was quite personable, helpful, and very accommodating. All in all, a great day!

Magificent Etna!

We had a private tour - our driver was very good but not very chatty! It was a very long trip from Palermo but worth it to see Mt Etna. There were long queues to go up in the cable car - not much you could do about this though other than be patient. Taormina was a pretty town too. Really, to do both justice you need to visit from the west coast so you have longer there and less travelling.

Not Happy !

This trip was not what I expected the driver who was Daniel was not very friendly or informative. He didn’t even take us to Cefalu he skipped it . I found out later from another driver he took a long way to Mt. Etna , that’s why he didn’t take us to Cefalu . I was very disappointed ☹️

Great activity. The journey is long from.Palermo to Etna and Taormina but worth the effort. Our driver was the best! Highly recommended.

Don’t book this tour. Unreliable. Extremely poor service

Don’t book this tour. The operator failed to show for pick up and then after an hour of trying to get in contact with them, they cancelled our tour. Because of them we missed seeing Mt Etna etc. Don’t trust this operator. Worst service!

Fabulous full day out

Our driver Dario was very helpful and polite. He assisted on our day making it flow very smoothly. Helping us with entrance tickets saving us time. He was a safe driver with a fabulous music playlist and he could sing!!!! The trip is worthwhile even though you have to travel 3 hours each way. Taormina is stunningly beautiful with plenty to see eat and drink. Oh and nice shops!!!! Fabulous trip. Thank you.

Dario was a great driver and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour! The drive to Mount Etna was just over 3 hours from Termini but we stopped half way for pit stop. Taormina was beautiful but not enough time spent there so we will go back.

This tour was amazing ! Our driver was Dario and he was absolutely expectional! He gave us ideas and suggestions of what to do and see, had great taste in music and generally just a great driver. We spent an hour at Mt Etna and 3 hours in Taormina. I would highly recommended this your! And if your lucky enough to get Dario as your driver you have hit the jackpot !!

It was good tour the reason I gave 4 star it was very short time in Taormina for that long of a drive. Mount etna was wonderful experience must see. Our driver Dario was well dressed ,very polite and kind, extremely respectful wonder tour guide.

The driver was great and the ride was pleasant but this was not a tour. It was just a ride. For a lot of money. We still had to pay separately for a tour at mt Etna. I know It said you had to pay the entrance fee, but I didnt realize we were just getting dropped off and the fee was an extra €65. Taormina was lovely, but again we were just dropped off. I dont Think I’d go this direction especially for the cost
