Intense but so worth it !

Very intense but rally worth the effort. We went up till about 3000 metres guided by a well informed guide explaining the evolution and general etna information very well. Basic physical condition is needed as the hike is intensive.

Our excursion to Mount Etna was a very nice, adventurous and educational experience that is absolutely worth repeating. We went up to about 3,000 meters, through a landscape that was constantly changing: snow, lava fields and impressive craters. Our guide Luca was great. He has enormous knowledge, gives clear explanations and is always willing to answer questions. He created a steady, achievable pace that allowed everyone to follow comfortably. His passion for volcanology made the whole trip even more fascinating. Highly recommended for those who want to discover Etna in a safe, interesting and unforgettable way.
