Excellent tour. Tye right amount of time at each location. Depending on the weather take a light jacket and wear pants. Take a bathing suit and recommend swim shoes or flip flops. Take the guide up on the offer of hiking shoes.

Our guide Emiliano created a spectacular day for us. He was informative, always ensuring our needs were met and was very passionate about his job and Sicily. Mt. Etna hike was awe inspiring and informative. The cave tour was great and the wine tasting fantastic!! Lucia was our host at the winery. The food and wine were exquisite. Finished with a visit to the Alcantara River and gorges. Beautiful!

It was a wonderful tour! Well worth it. Our guide, Emilio, was super knowledgeable about all the geological aspects (you could tell he really cared about the subject and not just repeating what he read), very friendly, and a phenominal driver. 10/10 recommend!!

Andrea was fantastic!! This has been a highlight of my trip to Sicily. Small group, so much to learn, winery lunch and wine was so delicious! Lava caves really interesting to learn about. Alcantara Gorge is notjing like you have ever seen. Pick up in Catania. Book this tour you wont regret it!!
A funny thing happened the glue on the soles of my shoes reacted with the surface of Etna. (never hapoened before) They were disintegrating before our eyes! I was wondering why my feet felt warm! Haha Luckily we were not to far from the van and Andrea run back to the van and got me some boots! All was great!

I traveled to Sicily with my dad and this was the first tour we booked. The guide was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable about both the geography and natural science of Etna. The wine at lunch was great as well as the food.

The excursion was amazing! The view during the walk on Mount Etna was beautiful, yet easy to access for all physical conditions. Our guide Mirko was kind and available for all our questions. It was really nice not to have to deal with anything and to be carried away all day. The breakfast included is a real plus, perfect to discover the flavors of the region. I recommend 100%.
