    We booked a 2:30 afternoon LUNCH and seven course with unlimited alcohol. My group joked for 3 hours thinking we would soon be served but nothing. When talked to unpleasant captain and after a big argument we were served appetizers at 6:30pm Captain was extremely rude, insulted me and told me to close my mouth, in italian which is my first language🤬. When we disembarked he DID NOT help me out of the boat, which could have caused a serious injury! Horrible experience and do not recommend this trip.
