they did not have a minimum person requirement listed before I booked a solo tour. The boat also does not look like what is being advertised. It is not a yacht is more like a fishing boat. I ended up having to cancel my entire entire boat trip

Dear Daniel, With regard to your negative review, we would like to clarify a few points. In our announcement of the tour, we clearly indicated that we have two boats, one 8-seater and one 12-seater, and that the choice of boat will depend on the number of participants. We do not understand the reason for your negative review, as despite your decision not to participate in the tour without a valid reason, we have reimbursed you 100% of the amount. Furthermore, we regret that the presence of an 8-month-old baby caused her discomfort, but we cannot refund her for that reason. Finally, we remind you that you bought a shared tour and not a private tour, so it was normal for there to be other people. We regret that you have published this review despite the full refund, but we believe that it is important to clarify these points in order to avoid future misunderstandings. Great boat trip, the operator was very knowledgeable about the local area and very friendly. Lunch was included and was local Sicilian street food. Highly recommend.

Tout était réuni ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Le bateau privé, les spots à découvrir, le repas était délicieux et la cerise sur le gâteau : la gentillesse de Angela et Luca. Nous sommes repartis des étoiles dans les yeux et notre petit garçon de 4 ans ne voulait plus mettre le pied à terre ! Milles merci 🤩
