Loved the Seville Cathedral. Our guide, Manuela, was wonderful. The group size was 26-30 which was too large given the crowds. Headsets worked well, some static. For some reason, our group stood in line 30 minutes to get inside. Our guide said that usually there is not a line. I enjoyed the knowledge and details shared by our Guide. The Cathedral is a main site to visit so be prepared for crowds. We were able to sit after the tour and enjoy the cathedral.

I had an amazing tour with Carmen at the cathedral! She is funny, witty and well versed in history. With 19 people on the tour we were all entertained and kept good pace. 10/10!

Our guide Carmela was excellent, vibrant, funny and shared alot of interesting information with us. She spoke very clearly through the mic!
Skip the line is a must!
The only thing i would suggest is to give a little bit more time for people to take pictures at each stop but even that is not an issue since at the end of the tour you are still in the courtyard of the cathedral and can go back in to review everything in your own pace.

Amazing location and experience. Tour guide Ismael was knowledgeable and interesting. However the tour started late and start was quite disorganized at the meeting point as last minute bookings / coordination was going on with the team there.

The self guided tour was canceled. They gave us a ticket to go to some other church to get another ticket. We couldn’t find that other church and therefore was never able to do the cathedral tour on this trip. Still waiting for my refund.

The operator wasn't organised and the tour had to be cancelled as they couldn't get tickets to the cathedral in the last minute.

Tour organisation very poor - no one had bought the tickets apparently so no skip the line and on the 11.30 scheduled tour we were still waiting outside the cathedral at 12 with no clarity as to whether tour could happen before 2. Wireless headphones were terrible quality so hard to hear anything anyway. This was a fault of the organisers not the tour guide

Since our tickets and tour were through a third party, when we arrived for the start, they informed us they weren’t able to secure our booking made months ago. We were disappointed that we were not able to experience the cathedral and tower.

Meeting point was at one of their locations ( Naturanda). Seemed very chaotic and disorganized. However, the tour with Karlos was very good. First part was going up the Giralda for a great view of the city. The we entered the Cathedral, which was amazing. Lots of great information.

The meeting point is quite a way from the cathedral so you have to leave plenty of time. The guide went very fast at first and we found it difficult to keep up as my partner uses a walking stick. However once we were inside he was very knowledgable and informative.

Buyer beware. Our entire group couldn’t get into the cathedral because they didn’t actually have the tickets. When we went to get in line at the church, they were told they can’t buy the tickets. Was a big waste of time and we ended up going in on our own, but wasted two hours on the whole ordeal. They also had issues with their audio systems that took 20-30 mins to sort out. Avoid this company.

Fantastic cathedral, truly awesome interior and exciting walk up to the top of the Giralda tower. Amazing history of this building and also to see the tomb of Christopher Columbus.

This was an interesting place to visit but the tour was rather too long. Our guide was lovely, very friendly, but it was not always possible to hear what she was saying as the volume on her microphone and the audio piece we were given was a bit intermittent and although her English was very good, her pronunciation sometimes made it hard to catch exactly what she was saying. The cathedral is amazing to visit and it was good to get a skip-the-line visit but we didn’t find the historical explanations were particularly interesting and it seemed to go on too long. It became tiring, particularly after we had climbed the Geraldo tower and back.

It's a lot of walking if you go up the tower. It is a magnificent structure but quite typical of grand cathedrals of its era.

The headsets were ineffective and it was difficult to hear through them.
We got into the church and were sent to climb the stairs to the bell tower on our own. Came down to meet the group. Was rushed around with 20 minutes to hear a few points.
Everyone else was just as disappointed in the tour.
Nothing personalized about the tour. No q&a opportunity as we were rushed. Not worth the money.
Did a far better tour in Cordoba of the Mezquita.

There was some chaos with getting our receivers working but our guide got the office to bring all new ones & went our of her way to still make the tour a beautiful experience. Alba Ro was great
