- For guest with mobility impairments, the Alcazar has many tiny steps that make the monument hard to navigate in a wheelchair, but it can be done. Please contact our Guest Experience team after booking the tour so we can arrange your visit.
- This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.
- Although the gardens are not the main highlight of the Alcazar, they are often closed due to weather conditions (rain or wind), maintenance, or restoration work. In such cases, the tour is never shortened; instead, the visit inside the palaces is extended.

Well worth the money to get in ahead of the crowds. We were able to experience the environment in peace, often alone… It was wonderful. Lola was our guide and she was fantastic!

The way I would have paid double for this tour! Lola was an amazing guide and being in the alcazar before the crowd was priceless. I could actually enjoy the history and really look at things vs being rushed through and dodging influencers. I do a lot of tours and this ranks as one of the best!

Barbara was our tour guide. It is so worth the money to have the early access there was approximately 15 people in my group we were allowed to enter one hour before the Alcazar opened to the public. Barbsra was extremely knowledgeable and gave us so much great information. The tour lasted 90 minutes and we were able to stay after the tour.

I have done 'before hours' tours before but I have never entered a historical site with only one group being allowed in. It was a once in a life time experience to see the beauty of the Alcazar without having to dodge around other people. To make the event even better, our tour guide, Alba. was amazing. She gave us so much information, but in a clear and entertaining way. We never felt rushed, had plenty of time to take our photos before moving on, and Alba even gave pointers on the best spots or ways to take photos in each place. I would absolutely do this tour again.

A great way to see the Alcazar before the crowds (especially as you walk past the VERY long line of people waiting), but calling it a "small group" tour is a bit misleading. At least 40 people with 2 guides. Still worth it, but not what we expected.

The only way to see this place. No crowds excellent tour guide and then stay as long as you want. The line to get in was already long when we first arrived at 8:30 am and our tour was over by the time they opened up for those people.

Going into the Alcazar when it was peaceful and empty was 100% worth it. Beautiful place, hard to describe how lovely. Our guide Bea was a real delight. Very knowledgeable but kept things moving and well paced.

Be sure to understand your meeting point prior to the tour. It wasn’t obvious to us and apart from a shoulder bag the guide did not have a means of identifying herself.
The tour was brilliant. The guide was perfect - knowledgeable , informative, caring of those who needed more time, made the whole event well worth the extra cost.
