We had to wait 1.5 hours for the cruise to begin because all of our communications and tickets had the wrong time……5:30 when the cruise actually began at 6:30 PM. Very inconvenient because we rushed to the meeting point where there was no staffing. Had to call the provider only to be told our Communications had the wrong time.

Not bad but not amazing

It was ok. There was a bar but the optional drink or tapas wasn’t offered that we saw. It’s a quick cruise and the person speaking did 3 languages which was appreciated but also so rushed it was hard to understand anything.

Great cruise

The river cruise was great and they were very accommodating. The only disappointment was that the time of our tour was changed but it was not very obvious that it had been done. The booking time on the app didn’t change and therefore continued to send notifications for the incorrect time. Luckily it was an hour later so we sound something else to do in that time, but the communication was not clear enough about the new time.

The commentary was very short and mostly on the way back. Very little information. Very noisy at times. Didn't think the trip was value for money.

Friendly staff. Boat left on time and tour ended at planned time. Easy to locate where to meet. Nice tapas on board. Great that you could buy additional drinks. The reality is there's not a huge amount to see along the river. Having said that, it's a nice break away from the rush of the city centre and there's a good breeze on a warm day. The narration of what you see along the river interestingly doesn't start until the reverse leg. We thought it was somewhat lacking on the outbound journey because we didn't know what we were looking at. But that was resolved on the way back.

Nice cruise along the river. Plenty of room on-board. Included free drink (soda, beer, wine, sangria) and some local ham and cheese. Recommend getting anything but beer as it is a mini bottle (maybe 7 oz). Seems dumb to save a few cents and annoy the passenger. There was a little narration of the sites along the river during the second half of the cruise but the speaker has such as strong accent that it was very difficult to understand her English. Obviously Spanish speakers won't have this problem. Overall good.

Lovely way to pass by and see the outside of Seville. We enjoyed the commentary about the city and how the canal was developed. It was a fun tour! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a short tour :during your visit to Seville :)

Good tour

Good tour with a great guide that was fluent in at least 4 languages. The pier wasn't easy to find, as the wording is very small. Luckily we had enough time, but we had to ask a lot of people before we found the right place to meet. The Cava was good though!

Relaxing sunset cruise recommend!

After a full day of walking around and exploring the monuments of Seville, this cruise was the perfect way to relax. Seeing both Seville and Triana from the river at night was really peaceful and pleasant. The city looks beautiful when it’s lit up, and the slow pace of the cruise makes it a great way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. For snacks, they normally serve ham and cheese, but since we are vegetarian they kindly gave us double portions of cheese instead. That was thoughtful, though I do feel they could add one more vegetarian option—because realistically, how much cheese can one person eat! 😄 For drinks, we were offered several choices including tinto de verano, white wine with Sprite, sodas, and beer, which was nice to have. The restrooms on board were also clean, which is always good to know on a cruise. One tip: bring a jacket, because it gets noticeably colder on the river at night. Overall, it was a really nice and relaxing experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Seville.

Relaxing and worthwhile

We did the evening “river” cruise with a drink and some snacks. I say “river”… but it’s technically more of a canal. That said, the experience is very much what it says on the tin: you get on a boat, float up and down the water for about an hour and a half, have a drink, and embrace your temporary life as a very relaxed passenger. Once you pass the main city stretch (which takes about 10 minutes), the scenery becomes… let’s say minimalist. It’s mostly residential buildings and a bit of industry along the banks. Not exactly postcard material, but it does mean the whole thing becomes quite peaceful. With not loads to look at, we mostly just sat back, relaxed, and enjoyed the ride! (Which, to be fair, is probably the point) The cruise includes one drink, which is a nice touch. However, I do feel an evening boat trip practically begs for the option of a second drink. Sadly that wasn’t on offer, which felt like a missed opportunity for both the guests and the bar profits. They also give you a small cheese and ham snack. And when I say cheese and ham, I mean exactly that: cheese and ham. No surprises, no culinary plot twists. Just a perfectly respectable little snack to nibble while you cruise along pretending you’re far more sophisticated than you probably are. One thing to note: we did this in March, and it was pretty cold sitting out on the boat. I suspect this would be a much nicer experience in summer when you’re not quietly questioning your life choices while clutching your drink for warmth. The staff were very friendly throughout. As we headed back toward the city, they gave a short bit of commentary about what we were passing, which was nice. I would’ve loved more of that during the trip.. a few stories, a bit of history, maybe even a dramatic tale or two to keep us entertained while sailing past warehouses. Although to be honest her commentary was in 3 languages so she must have been exhausted! Overall, if you’re looking for things to do in Seville, you’ll quickly realise the list isn’t endless. This cruise is a pleasant way to spend an hour or so in the evening…. relaxing, simple, and a nice excuse to sit on a boat with a drink, a snack, and a view that occasionally includes something interesting. On a side note: there is a pleasant bar near to the departure point, which is a bit “out of town” so make sure you have time to walk there or get a cab which are v reasonable. Well worth going on this mini cruise 🙂

Overall not really worth it. You can’t really see any sights at night. I would say skip it. However if you want to hang and talk with friends on a boat a good option but not from a tourist standpoint to see sights

The cruise is supposed to include a visit to the Torre del Oro, the Triana Bridge, the Nao Victoria, the San Telmo Palace, the Puente del Cachorro, and a brief glimpse of Spain's only inland port. You didn't mention any of the above; I'm sorry you were disappointed.

Finding the tour venue tricky. A sign would really help!

It was lovely. The girl giving live commentary excellent, Spanish , English, French as that was the parties on it. , smaller than other boat trips. So pretty friendly! One drink. Cheese meats breadsticks complimentary ( no further drinks to purchase. , other trips u have to purchase all refreshments). Lasted just inide the hour and a half. Check sunset worth going around that time. Os Don’t be late. Goes exactly on time. One couple shouting from decks. Missed the boat quite literally!!
