I thought booking through Viator would be less stressful but this was ridiculous. The tour operator is well established but they aren't professional when it comes to buying tickets m They don't buy the tickets in advance they buy them on the day. Also they have to escorts you to the venue and we were 40 minutes late. The app they use for the audio guide is awful and difficult to use. Viator please investigate this company as I want a full refund for this unprofessional turbulent experience.

Need to ensure shoulders are covered or may be refused entry. One of our party had to buy a shawl to be allowed in. The Giralda Tower is a climb of 35 floors but by slopes rather than steps which makes it much easier and accessible and the view at the top is stunning. If you’re there when the bells ring though you will need to cover your ears! The Cathedral is huge and the architecture is fantastic.

The Cathedral was packed with people, the Giraldi tower was very disappointing - very high, closed mesh all the way round so very hard to see anything. The tour company was very disorganised inside and the poor guide (who tried hard) was clearly overwhelmed as far too many people booked on the tour. All in all, the worst tourist experience on our holiday.

The cathedral is beautiful! Oh my. Well worth a visit. Make sure to book tickets online through the cathedrals website directly. You can even get them at the cathedral itself. I went to the entrance (not knowing there are two). Security said I needed to print out the confirmation. So I walked 10 mins to the office address to print out the confirmation paper. The guy who printed out the paper told me I was at the wrong entrance at the cathedral. So then I headed back to the correct entrance. After entering I asked for the auido guide since I I paid for it (mentioned clearly on the title of purchase). They said they can't allow it as I've not paid for it via the original seville cathedral website. I had to pay an extra €4 to for an audio guide.
