Seville is a walkable city. Most attractions aren’t on the sightseeing bus tour. There are free walking tours with the bus tour ticket. Overall a good experience

The bus stops are not easy to identify, no clear signage that it’s for your particular bus/tour operator. The bus didn’t stop at stop numbers 12 or 13 but there was no communication about this beforehand. The ear phones were useless as it was all in Spanish, didn’t seem to be an option to listen in English. A good idea for the app would be for it to advise how much time to wait until the next bus arrives. We waited half an hour and could have walked 2 stops away in that time. Wouldn’t bother with this again in future.

Regarding bus stop signage, please note that in Sevilla, signage placement and street modifications are regulated by the City Council, which limits the possibility for operators to install additional or more visible branded signage at stops. However, all our stop locations are clearly available on our website and mobile app, where you can easily see the exact position of each stop.
In relation to stops 12 and 13, these have been temporarily out of service due to operational reasons, and this information has been clearly published on our website for several weeks to inform all customers in advance.
We would also like to highlight that our mobile app provides real-time waiting information, showing how long you need to wait for the next bus at each stop, which we recommend using to better plan your journey. The service frequency is approximately 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Finally, regarding the audio commentary, the service is available in multiple languages, including English, and we are sorry if this option was not clear during your experience. Your comments will be shared with our team to improve communication and usability.

The bus hit many highlights of Sevilla. The guided narrative was helpful but was not always in synch with the location. We started at seats where the headset selection was not working and had to move. A portion of the route was closed so about 5 stops were missed but we did not learn this until after purchasing the tickets. It was difficult to identify the stops as they were not marked well.
Overall a bit disappointing and too much money for what we received.

I’ve used this other places and it was great. In Sevilla, horrible experience. Had to waste 30 minutes to just get the eticket, no clear information that you use the regular bus stops (not the same in other countries), no signage at the outlying bus stops, and the bus never came! Plus, I complained to the company and never received a reply! Waste of time and money!

We always like to do the City Sightseeing hop on off bus tours..
We found this experience disappointing as the commentary was very limited, sound quality was poor and the music not good..
The only positive was we had a guided tour of the Plaza de Espana included in our ticket.

Pricy. lots of additional stuff not really needed that were added to increase the price. There’s some guided tour but only with specific time to be there. Tapas with time frame to avail and soda that I don’t really cared much. Not really worth of the price. Bring back the regular hop on and hop off and bring down the price.

Our last minute travel changes due to medical condition brought us to Seville. It was worth all the hassles and taking the hop-on hop-off instead of renting a car was worth it. After seeing the challenging parking around Seville, we were glad we skipped the car rental and opt to see Seville on hop-on hop-off bus.

It was a little hard to find all the hop on hop off sites. The easiest one was at Stop 1 at the Paseo Colon. You should stay on the bus for the entire ride and then figure out where you want to hop off on the second time around.

Do not book this! It is hugely oversold. Busses are completely packed and half the people waiting cannot board. If you get a seat your view is bellies and butts of everyone standing in the aisle. Operator says busses come every 10-12 min but expect a 45 minute wait, and then you likely won’t be able to board because it is full. We finally got on but it was so full we got off at the second stop. We could not have a place to plug in the head phones.

If you have not downloaded the QR code to your phone they will not let you on the bus. I paid for two tickets and had a 15 minute battle on the pavement with a queue behind me and in the end they reluctantly let me back on. I got on at stop 13 with no problem but when I went to get the earphones at stop I all hell broke loose. My sister was still sitting upstairs and she had no intention of getting off. Because of all this we could not hop on and off or return within 24 hours so it was a very expensive bus ride. A terrible start to the day. The commentary was clear and it was relaxing just sitting there. The trees often obscured what one was supposed to be looking at. The route gave one a feel of the city.

Best way to see the whole of Seville. Especially in heat. Stayed on to go the whole route then jumped on and off next time

The bus was always late and often times the competition would have 2 buses stop for pickup before the red bus showed

The bus was conveniently located to take you around the city and see the sites. But the double decker had a roof and blocked the scenery from a lot of beautiful buildings and streets.
