To enjoy the Tower you must be able to walk the ramp up 34 floors. There are areas where you may rest, but for the tour, the time is limited. Although we had to leave at little bit early, this tour was very nice and the guide was knowledgeable with a sense of humor. Nice job.

We got into our pot 1 hr later but enjoy our time in Seville. Jade and Paso were excellent. Always trying to help everyone. I had a scooter because I broke my ankle. Pack was right there to hop off the bus and get my scooter. Thank you, great job

Laura was the best tour guide. Very knowledgeable in her small group. The highlights that she pointed out to us allow us to visit more than we would with a large group. Well recommended this tour. The Alcázar is amazing and compares to the Alhambra in Granada.

We bought the tour with 3 attractions and the cathedral being the top one. The day before the tour date, Crown tour notified us they have to cancel 2 attractions leaving only the real Alcazar. This is where you get involved. What are you doing? I dropped the portable one. Their excuse was the Cathedral is closed because of the Holy Week (Semana Santa) which is the biggest religious event in Spain. As a tour operator, they should have this knowledge and not to schedule the tour during this week. The tour of Real Alcazar was good otherwise. We realize mistakes are made. But this one showed lack of local knowledge and perhaps carelessness.

Our family (two adults + two teenagers) absolutely loved this guided tour with Luis from Crown Tours! Our spring break itinerary only allowed for one full day of exploration in Seville, and I believe this tour is an incredibly efficient and informative way to visit the Real Alcazar and Cathedral in Seville. I also appreciated that the admission tickets provided by Crown Tours for each sight came with co-benefits in the form of admissions to other sights in Seville, like the Antiquarium. The Real Alcazar is NOT to be missed; a major highlight of our time in Spain. And, the Cathedral also has some unique attributes. Luis provided great background information on Seville's history, and highlighted aspects of the sights visited with ease. I recommend this tour!

Our guide Sara was amazing - excellent combination of knowledge, professionalism, and humor (and she was a Game of Thrones fan and gave awesome anecdotes so that was awesome). Overall, I really recommend this particular tour because it’s a smaller group. We saw other groups and they had tons of people and it seemed like a logistical nightmare for both the guides and guests, so look no further and book this one. Make sure to include the cathedral.

Small group size was a plus. It was a busy day with lots of groups. The meeting point convenient but 100 people or more
For different crown tours. The tour felt a bit rushed. I hard a hard time hearing our guide due to the single eared head phones.

Excellent coverage of the main points. Good value tour. Only slight point is why meet 30 mins early to then send everyone away for coffee? Makes more sense to get there 10 mins before. Having said that the tour itself was very good.
