There were so many people that the initial handing out of the tickets was chaotic & confusing. No initial instructions were given about the headphones and half the group didn’t even have them in/activated for the first 15 minutes of talking. The whole day just felt rushed and messy, it was really unfortunate.

This was one of the best tour experiences we’ve ever been on. Our guide was Sarah who had expert knowledge and perfect English. The Alcázar was breathtaking and full of interesting facts made all the better as some scenes from game of thrones were filmed here. This was a nice fusion of ancient and modern and will appeal to a wide variety of visitors. The cathedral was beautiful and incorporated a long walk up the tower which should be taken if you are able. The history and information particularly about famous explorers was really interesting. It should be your number 1 thing to do in Seville. Well done especially to the wonderful Sarah

Loved this tour! Our guide was wonderful. I really wish that I remembered our guides name but she was great. She always kept us in the shade when she could (Ty heat wave), was excited and informative during the tour. Despite the heat, it was wonderful!

Excellent tour, Victoria our guide was excellent, she was knowledgeable about Spanish history and culture, we learned a lot on this tour. She was o point with her taming and able to explain everything so clearly that even my kids were engaged. I highly recommend this tour, it is short but full of information and then you have the full day to explore if you do this in the morning.

Guide was knowledgeable & entertaining, and she gave us time to explore on our own. The view from the tower, after climbing 35 levels, was not worth the effort.

Maria G. did a great job as our English speaking tour guide. Would have liked a little more time to look around the Alcaraz, it was nice our ticket to the Alcaraz also works for two other local sites as long as you use it by the next day. Climbed the Giralda tower and since the tour ended at the Cathedral I spent extra time there seeing some of the areas we didn't have time to see during the tour.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The operator sent numerous messages before the tour, and one contained a schedule change that was never reflected in my Viator booking. I arrived 45 minutes early (guests were advised to arrive 30 minutes early), only to learn the tour had already departed because of the updated time buried in the messages.
I appreciated being allowed to join the second half, but I still missed a significant portion of the experience I paid for and was offered no partial refund or alternative accommodation. We then spent nearly 30 minutes waiting for pickup while watching several other tours come and go, rather than simply meeting the group at a designated point.
I was told communication issues were due to booking through Viator and that booking directly would have been smoother.
Regardless of where responsibility lies, I paid for a full tour and only received part of it. I've used Viator extensively while traveling and have never encountered anything like this.
While the portion we attended was fine, the communication, handling of the schedule change, and lack of a meaningful resolution were disappointing. I also didn't feel the added facts and content justified the price difference between just buying two tickets on my own.
Based on my experience, it may be easier to book the attractions separately and explore on your own.

We realized we had a conflict in times with our transport so couldn’t attend the whole tour, but our guide told us how to get through the castle on our own to optimize our experience! Disappointed we couldn’t do the whole tour with her as it sounds like it would have been amazing and very informative of both history and culture.

Well worth the money - no queuing! Sarah was a knowledgeable guide and very friendly. Alcazar was beautiful, the Cathedral breathtaking and the walk to the top of the tower is a must - great view of the bull ring.

The tour guide was awful. Save the money. Just get the audio tour. He had a limited command of the English language, rambled incoherently and told stupid jokes that nobody got.

We had a great tour with our guide. No queues at either the Cathedral the Real Alcazar. Our Guide , Maria was full of knowledge about the venues. She made such a difference to our visit.
I would not bother with the climb to the top of the Giralda Tower. Very claustrophobic, packed with people and no real view as the openings at the top are enclosed with bars and mesh. Ready not worth it.
