It’s really a good idea to get a guide through a place such as the Alcazar. Alvaro was extremely informative, and we learned a lot about the history of it. A few surprising facts were exposed!

The tour was very fact heavy with guide being very, very knowledgeable. Standing around and listening caused back strain for some in party.
Skip the queue was useful but if just interested for photos and quick look without detailed history do tour yourself.

Terrible experience. I want a refund the tour person left without us even though we were at the meeting point 15 minutes before. The person at the counter admitted to us it was their fault. The tour persons name Carmen

It was extremely disorganized. Check in was a disaster, then they did not have the correct amount of tickets to get into Alcazar. So it took for ever standing around to get everyone in the
palace. I’m assuming due to the time lost, the
Tour lasted maybe 40 minutes and not much information I didn’t know. We were left in the
Garden without seeing 50 percent of the Palace. Fortunately, I was able to stay and explore on my own. In retrospect, I was better off buying tickets and entering on my
Own.

We paid for tickets for Palace in Seville. When we got there we were not allowed in. Unknown to us we needed to get to a street to collect vouchers but there were no tickets left. Apparently the palace was full up . A huge disappointment for our last day in Seville

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ID ON YOU IN ORDER TO GET INTO ALCAZAR. This needs to be more obvious when booking. This must be passport or driving licence.
Bit of a “jobsworth” on the gate - nothing to do with Viator, but obviously a man in uniform can sometimes get obnoxious!!!
Interesting and great to see although I have been before. Quite tiring walking round so have fresh body and good comfy shoes.
Part access closed due to dignitary access. Please note exit is at the very back of the gardens so it feels like a slog to get back into city centre.
Ivan was a great guide and provides headphones so you can hear him clearly.

When Viator changed the type of tour from one with a guide to one with no guide they sent us to the wrong office . When we eventually found the right office we were met with an extraordinary rude representative. After receiving abuse we were sent off to discover we paid over double the actual cost of the tour and received no refund.

The tour of the palace was lovely and the guide was funny and informative. The palace was beautiful to see and easy to navigate around when the tour finished and you could explore by yourself.

The tour started 45 minutes late. There were about 30 people and not everyone got working headsets. The guide was extremely knowledgeable, and went into great depth about Spanish history. Too much detail, to be honest, for the general audience.

Ivan - our guide, was excellent and so was Christina who walked us half a kilometre from the meeting point at the tour agent's to the start of the tour. Would have given 5* if the booking team was a bit more polite and less confusing. Enjoy the tour!

The Alcazar is a beautiful place with huge gardens. The tour is long enough to get the information you need but not boring or exhausting. Even my 13 year old loved it.
