Jeff was amazing! Knowledge of the city, culture and food was amazing, but his approachability, positivity and enthusiasm made the tour feel like an afternoon with friend. Because the group was small, we were able to get to know the people in our group, which made the afternoon feel friendly and personal. Enough food and drinks for an afternoon, leave NG you time to walk and explore until your dinner festivities.

I had booked with another wine tasting tour that cancelled on us with little time to rebook. We tend to shy away from tours in general because they can be led by overbearing tour guides or make you feel like herded cattle; nothing personal about them. Given the short notice, there was only a few options. This tour exceeded all expectations! Mercedes was the best guide. She is warm, knowledgeable, and very personable. Her passion and knowledge of Seville, along with the history, culture, and settings, makes her the perfect chaperone. We learned so much and indulged in local fine foods and spirits. Such an experience can only be had from someone who loves and knows her city and history and the influences that make it unique. We met some interesting people in our group and at the end of the day, we were super satisfied. Scheduled to stay another 3 days, we asked Mercedes for other recommendations (places to eat, thrift stores, places where few tourists go, must sees...). Everywhere she recommended was the best. We highly recommend this tour.

This was our first cooking class, and it was a very rewarding experience. Our hosts were wonderful -- very friendly and informative. They took us through the Triana market and told us about the history of food in Seville. The cooking class was great. We made two dishes, both so delicious, and we drank home-made Sangria. We would highly recommend this food tour and cooking class to all who enjoy new food adventures.
