This tour operator should be fired!!!

I would never use this tour operator ever!!! We were in a car accident and informed the tour operator of this and that we clearly could not make the tour. We requested a refund or at the very least a credit toward a future tour. The tour operator did not even have the courtesy to respond to us. This person should be fired immediately. What a horrible.human being. We have since been released.from the hospital and are ok now.

Disaster. No guide turned up. After lots of texts I was finally told there was no tour. Yet they had taken the money and confirmed my spot. There was no tour as no one else turned up. They totally wasted my time. No apology. Yet to get my refund! Taking a booking for something that does not exist is otherwise known as a scam. Went and saw the sites on my own. Heaps cheaper! Avoid this company.

very hard to understand the guide

it was very hard to understand the guide and probably spoke more about what we saw in spanish. We also never visited the bull ring before the tour was over.

I arrived at the meeting point which happened to be at the main office. When the tour guide did not show up I went to the office and was told they had no record of my tour from Viator. The assistance told me she could book me with another tour company in one hour. I must commend her for her efforts to correct the error. The tour was excellent. However, it was not the exact tour that I paid for that included a walk. So I am very disappointed that I did not get what I paid for.

Debo añadir que el sr. de la agencia de viajes fue muy amable e incluso nos llevo con el grupo que ya estaba terminando el tour, por lo que solo estuvimos con el grupo aproximadamente 30 min, cuando lo que se contrato fue un tour de toda la mañana, por lo que ahora solicito el reembolso de los 90 euros. Lamentamos mucho mi marido y yo que hicimos un gran esfuerzo por estar un dia en Sevilla y poder conocer la ciudad y en realidad fue una perdida de tiempo y de dinero ya que regresamos sin conocer lo mas importante de Sevilla. Pueden corroborar esta información con la agencia de viajes. Les agradeceré que me indiquen por este medio la forma de solicitar el reembolso

Muy buen tour que te adentra en los principales monumentos sin necesidad de realizar la gran fila que hay al ingreso y con una muy buena explicación de la historia y detalles.
