Learnt a lot of history!! It’s a lot of walking so come prepared in comfy shoes. The guide was super informative about all kinds of things. I thought it was great for adults but might be a little boring for kids. The evening tour was great for escaping the heat of the daytime sun.

The guide was not prepared. Very little information was relayed especially about the unique kinds of history that you typically get on a ghost tour.

all good but a lot of history rather then scary stories. A lot of walking which i didn´t mind but wear comfortable shoes. The guide was very good informed. Eat before the tour afterwards everything is closed. Restaurant close around 9pm in puerto rico

While our tour guide was knowledgeable about the history of Old San Juan, This tour is misidentified as a ghost tour. It was mostly a history tour with a couple mentions of bones found, etc. No real ghost stories to keep you interested. Plus this pace of the tour was very slow.

There are some uphill segments but pace is reasonable. This was a fantastic mix of history and spooky. And an awesome way to see a different side of San Juan. The old town is best seen in different lights (both day and night) and this gives you the night view of the city.

It is more of a historical tour than ghost tour. Be aware you will not enter any specific haunted buildings. Also you will walk two miles uphill, downhill, on cobblestones, broken cement so wear good walking shoes. We had one bathroom break. There was a stop to purchase water or beer. It was a 5 ibuprofen type if tour for me, but fun and we got to see so much of San Juan.

Great tour, excellent guide, great way to visit Old San Juan. The almost three hour tour was informative and entertaining with great ghostly facts thrown in at each stop. I highly recommend.

The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. But the tour was soooo boring. Nothing ghostly at all. A bunch of long boring stories. I couldn't take it. I left the tour after 1.5hrs.

The old town is beautiful and is completely transformed at night. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of PR and described "haunted" locations in detail. We had walked the town during the day and then came back for this tour. I would suggest taking a self guided tour during the day and then come back for some spooky fun after a few Pina Coladas'. Most of the town had lost power late in the day which gave the tour a little help on the overall experience.

The tour was very good and Leo was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour. The only suggestion that I have was that he extended the tour, which was great, but he should have asked the group. There were several that were not happy about the extension. We thoroughly enjoyed it. He even helped us get an Uber at the end.

Wonderful evening with our tour guide Richard who talked about the history and the haunted places of Old San Juan. He speaks with great knowledge and passion about the history of the spirits that once lived in the area. The walking tour was easy and very enjoyable.

Halfway through i went on my phone until the tour was over. It was more of a history tour than anything and the tour guide kept talking about random movies he liked and what restaurant he likes to eat at. He also kept saying we weren't Latino because we didn't know all of our history (hence why we are booking the tour...) and it was just a reoccurring joke that got old quickly-

Leo was the best! A very informative and hands on tour that took us to many sights of past and present hauntings. I enjoyed the history portion of the tour, especially in the cool evening. Leo went above and beyond to introduce us to a local, eccentric Inn where we sat with the owner and talked about her very colorful past, it was quite the treat. I highly recommend this tour to others.

This was wonderful. An area so rich with history and what an excellent guide. I have been on other ghost tours in other cities that left me with night mares. This was more of a history tour with a touch of ghost stories - which we really enjoyed. We also appreciated the guide taking the lead from the group at times and indulging our interests.

It was okay, I think when it comes to ghost stories or hauntings I have super high expectations. The tour guide had good stories but nothing “spooky” for my taste. Also I thought the tour guide would have been a local/Puerto Rican but he wasn’t. Definitely would have much rather liked to support a PR native. But overall it was okay, I did learn more on the history of Viejo San Juan which was pretty cool to learn.

Our guide was very knowledgeable about the paranormal history of San Juan, but also its rich cultural and historical significance. Given the city's age and the darkness there is still plenty of "spooky" for those seeking it, but we truly appreciated the educational experience. There are a couple spots where the roads get steep and dark so its best to have your phone charged or bring a flashlight. The tour does end near a Gelato shop and several popular night spots, so it is a great activity to start your evening and finish with other pursuits depending upon your group make-up.

I do ghost tours everywhere i visit. Its a great way to see not so well known sites and always it brings interesting history. Hands down this may very well have been the best one ove ever done. I just wish I enjoyed it when I first arrived in PR as opposed to waiting til the end of the trip.
