- Pregnant women, persons with back or knee problems, previous injuries or surgeries, heart conditions, mobility impairments or other serious medical conditions cannot participate on this tour
- Hiking shoes or tennis with good grip is required (closed toe), water shoes are also recommended to bring along.
- You must have a good breakfast before departing on this tour
- This is a moderate to strenuous activity, that may not be suitable for everyone. Please ensure you read and understand all this activity entails.
- Wear swimsuit underneath, bring a towel and a change of clothes.
- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship
- Minimum age is 7 years to participate
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.
- Due to safety reasons participants must be able to understand English or Spanish. Legally blind or deaf persons are not able to participate due to the same. A Private tour would be the most appropriate option on these cases.
- Once you begin the tour, you must finish it all the way up to the second stop and return back with the group.
- On Saturdays the hike is longer and more challenging since we depart from a different point.
- Bus will wait only 5 minutes after your assigned pick up time. No refunds will be issued if you miss your pick up.
- Estimated tour duration of 8 hours includes: 3.5 hours at the forest, 1.5 hr driving each way and lunch time.
- Please travel light and only bring the necessary to the tour, there are no locker facilities. Leave behind electronic devices, any important documentation like passport, large sums of cash or credit cards. Cell phones require waterproof case.
- Bespoke LM Reserves the Right of Admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following instructions, being disruptive or not dressed appropriately (due safety) the Guide has the right to Cancel their reservation at any moment, and No Refunds will be issued due to this.
- Published starting time is only an estimate. Exact pick up time will be provided the DAY PRIOR to your tour.
- Persons with the previously listed health restrictions cannot participate on the tour. No refunds will be authorized if a person neglects to read complete description and does not meet the safety requirements and limitations on the day of the tour.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 28 travelers

A:Lunch is not included, however, after the hike, we will stop for a lunch break at local restaurant (at your own expense) before heading back to San Juan.

What a great experience! My guides, Hector and George, were extremely knowledgeable about the plants and animals in the forest and explained their various uses and origins which was awesome to learn. They safely guided us to beautiful spots for cliff jumping and a volcanic rock slide. Definitely worth checking out!

This was a fun way to spend the day. I would recommend water shoes, my hiking sandals were too slippery and the folks who wore sneakers said it was soggy. Aside from that it was cool and our tour guide Jason was friendly and knowledgeable.

The event got cancelled due to too few registrants, which is understandable. However, it's a week later now and I did not receive a refund, which is unacceptable. Moreover, it is not possible to contact the operator (tried e-mail, phone, whatsapp, and the messaging platform on their site, which they did all use to contact me!)
Looks like a great tour, but be ready to accept your loss in case it gets canceled!

Jason was the best! He was patient, fun, and very knowledgeable about the rainforest. The group was a perfect size (12). We had a great time and would 10/10 book again. Pick up and drop off was seamless.

This was such an amazing experience! The tour guides, Jason & Elias were super helpful, helping you get across the more difficult terrain. They take pictures and videos of everyone in the group doing different activities, so we never had to worry about taking our own photos. The trail was difficult, with a lot of rock climbing but it was very worth it in the end!

This was the BEST trip! Let me tell you i was a little unsure about booking this but don’t you worry it was fantastic! The guides were amazing, caring, and most of all became family! The pickup service was amazing, the bus was nice, and even with a little misunderstanding on my part they made it possible for me and my dad to get on the tour bus! Make sure you triple check the location!! The hike wasn’t to hard but there was quite a decent amount of climbing and drop offs. The entire trip felt unreal. The waterfall slide and cliff jumping was soooo much fun! The place we stopped at before was nice and had lots of options for snacks and souvenirs. The restaurant we stopped at after was delicious and was easily the best meal i’ve had all weak! All in all so much fun and I definitely recommend!

Very interesting petroglyphs and terrain around the caves. Be sure to follow instructions of all tour guides. They were knowledgeable and friendly.

It was a fantastic trip and definitely worth it. Jason was awesome and very knowledgeable on Puerto Rican history and ecology, and kept the pace appropriate for varying skillsets. If you have experience hiking, it may make you antsy to have to wait for others at times, but it helps you slow down and appreciate the beauty of the rainforest. Prepare for 3 miles total of walking and mud mud mud. Wepa!

Adriana was the BEST tour guide. Energetic, encouraging, fun, and super knowledgeable about El Yunque. She really made it a special trip to a special place.
Things to know: the hike is pretty challenging. Be ready to hike through mud (“embrace the mud!” as Adriana told us). It can be slippery. Then to get to the top, where the real fun begins (water slide and cliff jumping!), there’s some challenging rock climbs. But Adriana talked us through each section and made sure we all made it safely. Bring a change of clothes and another pair of shoes. Your shoes will be soaked.
I’m glad I booked through Viator because of Adriana and the fact that Viator seemed to be the only group with helmets, which seemed like a good idea when sliding in the water down the face of a mountain!

This was such a fun day in the Rainforest! Jason and Luis created such a fun vibe from the very beginning and by the time we reached the rainforest we were already "family." Loved all the activities--waterslide, rope swing, swimming, hiking. I would say it was a more difficult/dangerous hike than expected. Highly recommend good hiking shoes over water shoes! And take it easy on the rocky, slippery parts or you will regret it. But we came out no worse for wear and had a delightful time. A trip highlight for sure and it was definitely enhanced by our tour leaders. Thanks so much Jason and Luis!

Our guide Julian was hilarious and took great care even as it started to rain (which made this expirence so cool) and made sure to properly help us. He had everyone we passed cracking up and had a great spot for food. Honestly I'd do it again. Tell Pupi we said thank you!

Hubs and I were visiting Puerto Rico and had to to visit El Yunque. The price was very affordable, and the hotel pickup was a great bonus. Our guides, Jayson and Mitchell, were the coolest guys. Very knowledgeable and kind. They shared insights into the tropical rainforest and ensured everyone in our group felt comfortable doing the hike and water activities by regularly checking in with the members. Not being the best swimmers, but also not the worst lol, they helped us both feel safe in the water. I would DEF recommend this tour if you enjoy nature activities.

For the second day of our honeymoon in PR, we could not have had a more wonderful experience with Jorge as our guide. Funny, kind and informative, he set the pace of our trip right away by calling our group “family.” While ensuring both the safe and exhilarating time for our group, it was clear that he was a leader among leaders of the tours in the El Yunque rainforest. We cannot think of how he could have done a better job. Even as we headed back to drop off points, he gave us a long talk on all the amazing things to see and experience across the islands of Puerto Rico. We would take another tour with Jorge (and Luis!) in a heartbeat.

There were 3 of us. 2 of us were older in our late 50s and a 22 year old. 1 non swimmer. The hike itself was muddy not too strenuous but you definitely needed balance and some strength and agility as you needed to climb over rocks. We all loved the adventure from beginning to end. Our tour guide Felix greeted us with his famous " chang, chang, chang!" He immediately made us all feel like familia. We had a life guard who had skills and dive in immediately when I told him I was a non swimmer. He could easily asses my skills and encouraged me to try things within my capacity. I loved the hike, the rock side and the jump. I always felt safe. We took an early morning tour 7:30 am. As the day went on you could see the crowds increase. Every tour guide we encountered greeted us and encouraged us along the way. Truly a fun experience.

Julian and Elias were great guides! They know the rainforest and the surrounding area so well. They are funny, helpful, informative, and kind. We had a lot of fun hiking, scrambling, swimming, cliff-jumping, and sliding down a natural water slide.

We went on the bespoke 8-hour full day tour to the el Yunque rainforest. Our tour guide was George. Christian drove the bus and Mitchell (Tarzan) was our lifeguard. It was an adventure! We hiked a lot thru mud (they said it was a dry time for the rainforest) and hills and climbed a bunch of rocks. George had. A (good) surprise for our ‘family’ around each corner. The men helped all of the hikers get thru the hard parts- and pulled you up if you got stuck. This was a full body workout amid the beautiful jungle views. Best to plan a chill evening after this adventure. Make sure you wear sneakers or hiking boots. Would 100% go again.
This tour seems better than the other tour groups we saw- and safer- you were required to wear life jackets and helmets. Tour guides seemed to be more on point.
We stopped at a beautiful beach on the way back for a late lunch (around 3). Lots of places for food options- not all places took cards so take some cash.

Frankie & Elias did a wonderful job with a fairly large and very diverse skill level of people. The hiking isn’t rigorous but challenging and fairly technical with slippery trails, rocks and some light climbing. The waterfalls were amazing so much to see and experience plus a stop at the beach on the way home with awesome food choices in Luquillo 💪🏽
Frankie is really knowledgeable and quite animated and shows great passion for the Island. Learned many things today 🙏🏼

El Yunque rainforest was wonderful but our tour guides/drivers from Bespoke Lifestyle Management were absolutely amazing! They made the trip fantastic. George and Pito made everyone in the group feel so welcome. They were informative, helpful, humorous and made sure that everyone was safe and had a great time.
