Hiking time: Approximately 4 hours in the Forest. Vehicle Travel and logistics time: 2.5 hours overall.

Proper Footwear: River trekking shoes with good grip in slippery, muddy, wet, rocky terrain
Proper attire: Quick dry activewear, bathing suit, dry bag to port personal items and keep them dry. Don't wear lots of make-up, eye-lashes, jewelry etc.
Protection Electronics: phone case with lanyard, camera's with cases or lanyard.
This trip challenges the average persons limits: Ideal participants are flexible, optimistic, and ready for a physically engaging adventure.
Bring a reusable sustainable water bottle! Plastic bottled water is offered as a last resort.

Small Group Experience Makes the Difference

The smaller group is definitely the way to go! So much more interactive than being with 30 or 40 other people. Terrance (our guide) shared his passion and experience for the area and the environment. I'm so happy we took the longer path that avoided all the larger tours - the rope swing and water slide both were fun, but at times it got crowded. Overall my fiance' and I had an experience we'll never forget!
