This was one of the best trips we had in Puerto Rico. It had everything — adventure, nature, beautiful places, real Puerto Rican food, and learning about history and native Taíno people.
Our guide Jose was amazing. He explained things in a simple way and showed us many cool spots and things
The views were beautiful, and we saw some places we would never find on our own. Cueva Ventana had amazing view of the valley. Then we went to a waterfall. Jose helped us walk safely on the rocks and through the water, also showed us some interesting plants on the way. We went under the waterfall, which very cool. Did some jumps from the rocks
Lunch at the BBQ place was one of the best (and cheapest!) meals we had while visiting Puerto Rico. Jose also explained and helped us to pick our food.
At the end, we visited Indian cave with amazing views and interesting carvings. My son was a little nervous to go inside, but Jose helped him feel comfortable, and it was totally worth it.

This tour was absolutely amazing! I forgot the name of my guide (I think it was Jose or Juan) but he truly made the experience what it was. He was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly attentive. As a solo traveler, it’s the little things he did that I’m especially grateful for and that made me feel comfortable and taken care of.
Beyond the amazing guide, every stop was absolutely breathtaking. The views, the experience, and the overall beauty of Puerto Rico were unforgettable. This trip definitely made Puerto Rico one of my favorite destinations in the Caribbean! 🇵🇷❤️🌴
Awesome experience with Jose. He knew everything about the area, the waterfall, the driving routes, the people. He gave us really interesting history and insight into each attraction and the area. We were safe and prepared. My kids loved the caves and waterfall, and Jose was the perfect guide!
All the 3 places are amazing! I personally like the Indian Cave the most. Cruz help me replicated the cover photo of this tour page and it's so cool!!
The best tour of our trip by far. The views were exactly what we wanted out of our trip to PR. The tour guide Cruz was amazing, knowledgeable, and very helpful in taking pictures. The drive to and from locations was beautiful. Definitely bring water throughout the day and prepare for walking.
If you’re thinking about it just do it! I did this tour to step away from the city for the day and it was absolutely wonderful. Definitely out of my comfort zone but so worth it. Enrique was my tour guide and he was the absolute best! Always there to help me when I needed him! I never felt unsafe while in his care! He was funny, knowledgeable and just overall amazing! Seriously it’s absolutely worth the price!
It is a great package, kids friendly and a perfect day with e different places to visit, all of them are super nice.
This is a full day of strenuous hiking and seeing breathtaking sites. Having toured the east side of the island, I was in awe of the sights on the north coast
This was one of the highlights of my trip to Puerto Rico! The combination of Cueva Ventana, Cueva del Indio, and the waterfall made for an unforgettable day.
Our tour guide, Jose, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about every place we visited, fully bilingual, patient, and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the day. Our group included people with different levels of outdoor experience, as well as children as young as five years old, and he created a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone. He was also an excellent driver, which made the day even more relaxing.
As a solo traveler, I especially appreciated how welcoming the experience was. Jose did a wonderful job of bringing the group together, making conversation, and ensuring everyone felt included. I never felt out of place or like I was traveling alone.
We also stopped for lunch at a local Puerto Rican restaurant, and it was one of the best meals I had on the island—delicious, authentic, and very reasonably priced.
Our group was small, with only seven people, which made the experience feel much more personal. We completed all three stops and were back by around 5:00 p.m., making it a full but well-organized day.
This tour was absolutely worth the money.
This is a great tour that takes your outside your comfort zone a bit and is just overall fun. Enrique was amazing as a guide and took care of everyone in our group,

The trip worked out great for us! Our guide, Jose, managed the group well and my kids (12 and 14) greatly enjoyed it. The restaurant we stopped at for lunch was also a nice choice. And unlike a lot of food places on these tours, was cheap, clean, and good.
It was an absolutely amazing experience!! Absolutely so worth the money and time. Jose was such an amazing tour guide, he was so well informed on everything with the island, and my fiance and I felt so safe and comfortable. 10/10 recommend
Jose was a incredible tour guide! He shared alot of great knowledge about all plants and natural world and was very safety conscious on our different excursions.I really loved the bat and Indian caves! It was a long trip and we'll worth the price.
Joe was amazing. He was funny and excellent. he answered all of our questions and treated us like friends. He was great. The hike was easy, but would recommend Keen hiking sandals. that is what we all used including Joe ans we got through with ease. The river floating was great. jumping feom the rocks was fun and floating back down the river was great. Would highly recommend this tour.

This tour was exceptional! Joseph was kind, full of knowledge, a safe driver and accommodating. I had a wonderful day exploring the sites and met great people. The company that runs the cave was also magnificent. Take this tour! You won’t regret it.
Where do I even begin? This was, without a doubt, the best tour I have ever been on. We visited three different locations and every single one of them was breathtaking, it was genuinely impossible to pick a favorite because all three were equally stunning in their own way. This isn’t just a tour, it’s an experience, and it is worth every single cent.
A huge shoutout has to go to our tour guide, Joe! The man is something else. He was so warm and welcoming that I genuinely wouldn’t have been surprised if he invited the whole group home for a meal with his family, that’s just the kind of energy he brings. He was incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and so easy to talk to. There was none of that stiff, awkward vibes you sometimes get on tours. Joe was professional and efficient while somehow making it feel like you were just riding around with your cousin. He set the tone for everything.
I also got really lucky with the group I was placed with, we all vibed so well together, and I truly believe that came from the atmosphere Joe created from the start. That warmth was contagious.
Each location is impossible to describe. All three places you just have to be there and experience it. Make sure to wear water shoes with a good grip and be mindful when hiking! It seems a lot for one day, but there was adequate rest between each location.
This is a tour I will be telling every single family member and friend about. If you’re in Puerto Rico, do not skip this. And for me personally, this was already my second time on the island, and I will absolutely be back to do this tour again. #grupowepa
This is a tour that you want to prioritize! Cruiz was a wonderful leader for this trip. The climb to the waterfall was fun and swimming in it was great. Cruiz was exceptionally helpful, keeping phones in a waterproof bag and trying as hard as he could to work out an issue we had with a phone! We then hiked through a cave system that was amazing and got to look out a window in the cave that was beautiful! We then hiked on volcanic rock to Indian Cave where Cruz shared the history of the area with us. It was a very informative tour that was exceptionally enjoyable!
Amazing experience! The views at Cueva Ventana were breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike through the caves. We learned so much about the history of this gorgeous island, enjoyed some delicious authentic Puerto Rican food, and had an amazing time from start to finish!!
Both tour guides from the Cueva Ventana and this tour were knowledgeable, hilarious, and kept the group entertained all day. La Cueva Del Indio was absolutely stunning in person as well. Just be cautious on the rocks during the hike and definitely wear tennis shoes! Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t regret it! 🇵🇷✨💕
We visited rock formations close to a beach, hiked and swam on a river and visited a couple of caves. It was all quite different than most tourist excursions. Our tour guide was local and very knowledgable.
Pack wisely. Suggest wearing swimsuit and water/hiking shoes for the first two hikes and then dry clothes for the third hike. Use a backpack for your stuff to leave in van. Want to travel light for the hikes. Our tour guide, Jose, was terrific carrying our phones for photos of the river tour. Pssh, unreal!

This excursion ended up being even better than we expected. The caves were honestly one of the coolest parts of our entire Puerto Rico trip — way more impressive and exciting than we imagined from the photos. Every stop felt well planned, the timing was organized perfectly, and we never felt rushed while still getting to experience so much in one day. The food was incredible and we got to try some local authentic cuisine.
Joe was an amazing host from start to finish. He was funny, personable, accommodating, and did a great job keeping the group engaged the whole time. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and wants everyone to have a great experience.
If you’re looking for an excursion that gives you a little bit of everything Puerto Rico has to offer in one day, this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
We walked through a cave with three different species of bats, cockroaches, snakes, spiders and was shown stalagmites and stalagmites. We were shown hieroglyphs. We then drove to lunch, and a river where we went into the water and made our way through rocks along limestone, tracked through forested areas on trails to a waterfall. We floated back to where we started wearing lifejackets and helmets. We ate lunch at a local Puerto Rican bbq restaurant. Afterwards he drove us to the most beautiful location on the ocean with moon like craters to walk on to get to a cliff to watch the surf coming in way down below and to show us an ancient cave used for ceremonial activities by native tribes long ago. The end of the trip was the best part. Breathtaking!
This is not a day trip for claustrophobic people, people with challenges in walking, climbing, mobility challenges and heights, fear of water.
This was a great experience, with breathtaking views, but definitely don’t skip on safety aspects on this one. You absolutely need water shoes & probably safer to not bring kids along.
At the Cueva del Indio, the hike is along cliff edges that are sharp and jagged with holes that drop pretty extreme distances. A little stressful hiking near the children in another group.
In the waterfalls, I fell and scraped my knees/shins pretty badly in the very first waterfall. There are huge holes and even bigger rocks under the water that you cannot see. Glad it wasn’t my face, but the fall left me sore & fairly shaken for the rest of the water trek.
The Cueva Ventana was wonderful, with bats in little clusters and nesting swallows at the entry points, but also very steep and slippery to access.
Our guide was knowledgeable, the food was fantastic & the trip overall was a great time. In the future, I might choose one of the spots and designate a half day trip instead of trying to fit them all into one journey as it is definitely a long day.
Absolutely worth the money plus some ! Our tour guide, Joe Serpa, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. He gave us just enough history to keep us engaged and has quite the sense of humor. The tour took us from the 7 arches of the Sea (beautiful picture opportunity) to a breath taking water fall we all jumped off of (again amazing photo opportunities) to lunch at a local Puerto Rican authentic restaurant (so much food for inexpensive price-is not included in package of tour for two people big meals was 30 bucks) to our grande finale window cave! I’m not gonna lie by the end of the tour when we got to the window cave we were both pretty tired. Make sure you bring snacks, energy drinks, and sunscreen!!!! Overall, 10/10 recommend for anyone who wants a genuine Puerto Rican hidden gem experience. Ask for Joe! You won’t be disappointed!!!

The 7 arches were amazing
The excursion itself was wonderful! But we weren't able to do the waterfall due to the recent rains. So the day was almost perfect, but since the whole reason we chose this excursion was because it included the waterfall, missing it was a disappointment. I wish we would have been told in advance that there was going to be a change of itinerary.

We are so happy you enjoyed your day if us! It was a true pleasure meeting you. We do have a side note on the booking regarding plan b just in case we arrive to the waterfalls and its not safe to enter and sent a text regarding this factor has well. We want to make sure your safety comes first.
Amazing full day of fantastic views, secluded rocky beaches, interesting caves, challenging hiking- a lot to see and learn. Wear good shoes- closed toe is better. they will get wet, soaked in the river, sandy on the beaches. Take an extra pair of shoes/socks to change into. I recommend ladies wear a pair of shorts over their bathing suit bottoms because the rocks in the river can be sharp and snag the suits. A water proof case for your phone is essential. You will have to cross a river, swim/float in the river, through waterfalls, over, around, thru the rocks. Our guide, Jose, was the best- very knowledgeable and so patient with us because we kept wanting to take more pictures. We were all left with many good and beautiful memories.
P.S. this may not be the best hike for children <8 yrs old- dark caves, walking up/down paths of sharp rocks, cliffs with no guardrails, river depth.
