Greet your experienced guide at the port in Roatan and climb aboard a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan for the short journey into the jungle. Listen to a comprehensive safety briefing and don your protective zipline equipment before ascending to vertiginous platforms in the heart of the tropical rainforest.
Soar over the canopy for and gaze down at the lush greenery of the jungle. Complete the course, consisting of 15 adrenaline-fueled ziplines, and then descend to the sparkling waters of the ocean for a revitalizing dip. it was raining in the morning and the van did not come to our side but we have to walk 1 min under the rain which i don't think it is good arrangement

We had a nice experience on this tour, though they’re a bit aggressive for tips. For reference, the zip lines are a bit shorter than what you find in some places. Nonetheless, it was a nice tour. I’d recommend it.

Warning: Extremely Discriminatory and Unprofessional Behavior
I had a deeply disturbing experience with this company. I booked a tour through Agoda, but they never showed up for the scheduled pickup. After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally reached someone who was not only rude but blatantly dishonest—claiming he had waited in the lobby and left, which was completely false.
What followed was appalling: the representative began using profanity and, shockingly, called me a “terrorist” based solely on my name. This kind of racist and abusive behavior is unacceptable and deeply offensive. No one should be subjected to such treatment.
I strongly urge others to avoid this company. Their conduct was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory and hostile.

Waited for a long time in the sun for the excursion to start. About 1 hour . Other than that it was great zip lining was amazing and the beach had a pool and playground for the kids to enjoy.

We have a covered deck at Zip-line Facilities so, I'm assuming this was probably at the cruise terminal facilities waiting for the bus to get going. We are working with port authorities to better this portion of the tour. Thank you for reporting and we will have them know to better improve the waiting area at Port.

Great experience. Parking lot to meet vendor was not a far walk from the mahogany bay carnival port. Guides were experienced and very helpful. They took my kids (9, 7, and 5) down the zipline with them safely. Adults also had fun going down themselves. Driver and van was good, was about a 30 min ride from the port. Beach experience was awesome as well, took us to nice private beach at a resort, which also had a shaded pool, bathrooms, and outdoor shower station. Beach was less than 5 mins from zipline area. Would definitely book again.

Car was dead when it was time to go back to our cruise ships and this issue almost made part of the group miss their departure. Understandably this may not have been within the drivers control, but the situation could have been handled with more urgency to a solution.

The zip line was so much fun, our guides were so funny and helpful. I would recommend this tour. It’s not a lot of intense zip-lines but if you are looking for something fast and not too scary then this is the tour. I and my fiancé love it.

zip line was great crew great , only problem john took us to beach, said had to leave in an hour because of traffic, left beach at at 12 pm got to ship at by 1230 coud have stayed at least two more hours, he must of had somewhere to go

The tour was great! Zip line was best we have ever done and the Paradise Beach club after was wonderful! Friendly driver said just let me know when you want to head back to the ship. He was on time and very courteous. Felt very safe on the tour.

Great guides. Thrilling, safe, and fun. Guides Russell and Ryan were so kind and patient. They were willing to help anyone at any level and make it a fun and positive experience.
After the zip line we were taken to a private beach. That was wonderful and refreshing after ziplining. Everything was easy to do and we were taken back to our ship in plenty of time.

Great staff, super long and high zip lines. Everyone was so nice and so professional. It was Christmas day and these workers were all away from their families but you wouldn't know because not one person complained but rather each person made certain our trip was perfect. The driver, zipline staff to beach staff this was the best excursion for the entire cruise. Definitely the most bang for your buck.

There are closer zip companies near the cruise ships but this company does a better job. The bus ride goes through small towns and villages, so you get a look at how locals live. The employees are upbeat and fun and the zipping is a rush!
There were two things which I wasn't happy about. One is the numerous requests for tips towards the end of the experience. Reminding once is enough, we get it. The second is the caged and leashed monkey. I'm not a fan of animal captivity unless they've been injured and wouldn't survive in the wild. This poor monkey looked scared and very nervous and it made us sad to see him like that.
We didn't do the "dip" part of the package as it rained while zipping and the bus passenger consensus was to skip the dip and return to the ship.

Please keep in mind that all monkeys were poached from the Mosquito Coast and brought to Roatan for sale so when we did rescue them it was because they were in danger. We have since then stopped the purchase of monkeys just ended up with the ones you saw. We are happy you enjoyed the Zip-line excursion and had a great experience with your driver. Five family members, including myself had a fantastic time zip lining through 11 platforms. We were a bit nervous as none of us had ever done this before (ages 23 to 71) but the friendly, funny experienced staff put us right at ease. It was exhilarating! We highly recommend this tour. The beach was also nice.

Thanks to Carlos and Troy of Zip & Dip, my Zipping experience turned out to be 'The Best Experience' I had on top of Roatan Forest and Wilderness with various kinds of Flora and Fauna Honduras has to offer. I am very much scared of heights and Roller Coaster rides and water slides. And I was scared of Zipping too. Although I had bought Tickets on Viator.com, I was reluctant to go.
Carlos & Troy both assured me that will be with me and guide me all the way thru. They instilled courage and removed my fear with ease. And both were very friendly and quite humorous. I really loved the entire experience. They slowly increase Zipping speed and height. Beautiful Nature and Trees below you will definitely remove Height fear from your mind. But don't expect any Lunch or Drinks during this trip as mentioned on Viator.com
Later we were taken to West Bay Beach where we enjoyed swimming on the beach, shopping souvenirs, enjoyed Beer and authentic Honduras Food. This beach resort also had a nice swimming pool and garden to relax and enjoy. When returning back to Ship, the taxi driver was kind enough to stop at various Photo op locations and took us to a small Animal Zoo where we interacted with Parrots, Monkeys and Sloth ($10 entry fee per person).
ALL in ALL the best experience I had in this 7 Night Cruising trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our zip and dip experience in Roatan. The tour was run very well complete with pickup from port. Although, do not take taxi down the hill for a half mile ride (they got us there), the tour groups are just down the hill with signs waiting for you. Our driver Robert was full of info and dropped us off at the zip line entrance then promptly picked us up and took us to Paradise Beach Club for swimming and relaxing. Then returned to get us to port in time. Definitely recommend this excursion. Drive time to zip line was around 20 min. Our kids are 10 and loved every minute of it!

I received directions on where to meet our driver. The instructions were good, but it felt strange to have to hike all the way outside of the port area and past the security gates to grass parking area where the companies that didn't have access to the port pick up and drop off areas. However once outside I quickly found my tour coordinator who gathered our small group ready for our driver. They were quite organized. Once our small group of seven were together our driver took us to his vehicle and we were off to the end of the island. Unfortunately for us, (fortunate for future visitors and the locals) the main road was under reconstruction so it slowed our travel. Our driver was very pleasant and informative. A local who had travelled extensively on a cruise line. We got to the Zip Line pavilion and ahead of us was a large group off somewhere. I think it was the Eco Tour out of the same site. After a quick bathroom break we got together and were assigned two guides for the 5 of us left. (2 went off on the Eco tour) They harnessed us up very carefully and methodically and gave us all helmets to fit. We hiked down to the first platform a short distance away and began our instructions on how to zip line. In no time we were off on our first zip on a short run over some treetops and valley. One of our group was afraid to go but with some gentle coaxing she took her first zip line ride. (It was my first time too, but I threw caution to the wind and let her rip) After the first go it was all just fun after that. The lines go progressively longer and faster and sometimes higher. You gradually worked your way down the hillside with only short walks or steps to the next platform. There were 11 zips in total. Quite fun. When you go to the end you waited on benches for the truck to pick us up and go back to the pavilion at the top of the hill. Our two guides were excellent. They made sure we all had fun and were extremely safe. The whole setup was quite professional and well constructed. They take some good photos on one of the runs that they will sell to you on a thumb drive afterwards for a reasonable price. You can also take a few pictures along the way of your own. Just make sure you have secure pockets for all your gadgets.
After the zip we drove to a resort where we got passes for access to the facilities and the beach. This is an area that was very busy but felt very safe. The beach was clean, the water refreshing. We were dropped off at the port in good time

Booked this for stop on Allure of the Seas for our excursion. Great time and felt completely safe. Zip line was awesome as were our guides. The one and only negative I would say was transportation to and from. Eleven people craimed in with some backpacks for changing at the beach after in a vehicle that should seat 8-9.
