Excellent excursion. Anne was wonderful driving us around. Animal sanctuary was great. Animals were very well cared for. Sloths were adorable. Brady’s beach was small but lovely. Food and drink readily available, plenty of lounge chairs. Would definitely recommend this company.

This experience was so much fun! The animal experience exceeded expectations, having a driver just for our group was fantastic, and Little French Key was great. We just wish our ship departed later in the day so we had more time! I would highly recommend this excursion. Anna was our guide, and she was great!

Port of Mahogany Bay (Carnival Cruise Port) As soon as you get off of the cruise ship you must walk about 1/4 mile, we apologize in advance for the distance. Due to company policy, the port does not allow independent tour operators to enter the cruise port. You will pass a two-story red roofed building. You must walk through the plaza where you will see many stores. Then you will go down the covered gangway. Take a left onto the paved road near the security gate. You will have to walk about 250 yards up a small hill. There you will see your driver holding a Roatan Ocean Adventures Sign (ROA). If you have trouble finding us, please ask a dispatcher to point us out. If for some reason we are not there, please call us to the following number + (504) 9892-8179 Port of Roatan Town center (Royal Caribbean / Norwegian) We will be waiting for you when you arrive to the cruise port at Coxen Hole. As soon as you get off of the cruise ship, please walk out to the main road. Across the street, you will see your driver holding a Roatan Ocean Adventures Sign (ROA). If you have trouble finding us, please ask a dispatcher to point us out. If for some reason we are not there, please call us to the following number + (504) 9892-8179 NOTE: Pick up is 30 minutes to an hour after the cruise ship arrives at the port, thank you. Don't rush yourselves, we will be waiting for you, we understand that it takes time for you to get off of the ship.

We had a great time in Roatan. ROA team was amazing! They are very organized and friendly. The visit to the animal sanctuary was a unique experience for us, even without the opportunity to hold a sloth (not a deal breaker). We still were able to feed animals and watch them in very close proximity. The beach was breathtaking, fantastic snorkeling spot! We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Roatan!

You have to walk a little ways, but the tour guide drove us to the animal shelter. You could go in the cages with the parrots and spider monkeys. The shelter employee tells you what to expect prior to going in cages with you. The parrots will land on your arm or head! The monkeys will chase each other and bounce off your head! You cannot touch the sloths due to a change in the law, but you can see them up close and take pictures! So cute. We did not want to go to the beach since it was rainy, but our tour guide Felipe took us to a local flea market to souvenir shop. He then delivered us right back to where we needed to meet our ship.

It was easy to find the guides holding the sign in the port. The driver/guide was excellent, as were the guides at the sloth sanctuary. The monkeys were the highlight.

My Friend and I had a great time at the Monkey and Sloth Sanctuary and Beach Break. When visiting the Sloths, the law is you can no longer hold or touch them. We were lucky that one was hanging out at our level for the perfect picture moment. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas to use free of charge. The water was very calm and clean. However, it is Very Rocky In The Water So You Should Bring Water Shoes to make it more enjoyable. The company that Viator used is very well organized and our driver Jared was very accommodating in letting us do a little shopping after our excursion before heading back to the ship.

AMAZING! Couldn’t ask for a better excursion! Keesha was OUTSTANDING!! We traveled as a Family of 6 off the Carnival Celebration. After walking a short distance through the port, we were greeted instantly and our new comfortable van was waiting to take us to the monkey and sloth sanctuary. We had a private tour of the sanctuary and then had smoothies and coconut water as well as the opportunity to purchase souvenirs. We were then transported a few minutes down the road and took a private boat to a gorgeous island where we were set up with padded chairs and umbrellas on a private beach. The entire itinerary was decided by us and our return boat was there precisely at the time we requested to go back to the ship. Keesha was even able to drop us off directly at the port on return as opposed to needing to be picked up outside of the secure area at the beginning. Do not hesitate to book this. English is the primary language of the island and you feel right at home from start to finish. Thanks to Roatan Ocean Adventures. We’ll be back!!!

Ana our driver and the rest of the Roatan Ocean Adentures took great care of us. I was nervous as a solo when leaving port a bit chaotic but everyonw helps you get to the right spot. Monkey Hangout experience of a lifetime and the beach it was great. Loved that they let us select our time frame to enjoy beach and be back in plenty of time.

It was the best excursion we took on the whole cruise! Our agent Aimee even got us a discount! I am so happy we booked with her and viator! Our tour guide Brandon was awesome and spoke perfect English. My husband was scratched by a fence and Brandon got him something to stop the bleeding and bandaids. He was so awesome! Then we had a wonderful time with sloths and monkeys! We got to hold the birds too.

This ended up being a private tour for us since we were just one big family and other tour goers did not show up. David was very accommodating and patient with us. Everybody really enjoyed the adventure park with monkeys and sloths followed by a beach break on a private island. Highly recommend!

Our experience with MOA through Viator was excellent. Our guide was super knowledgeable about the area and showed us around the area and keeping a steady stream of facts and fun things about the island of Roatan. She worked with our schedule and was able to take us to some places that weren't on our original itinerary and make the time work for our departure on the cruise ship.

Our guid Makayla went above and beyond to make this day special for us. Pickup was so easy and prompt. She catered to our groups needs and was very kind and polite. The beach break at end of the tour is 10/10. Highly recommend. I had no idea that the people of Roatan are so hospitable and kind. Would love to come back and would 100% recommend this tour to those visiting . Especially with kids .

Absolutely the best!!!! Brandon our driver was incredible… patient and kind. Met us at the cruise port and we had a wonderful van… and just us on this tour. He took his time telling us about the island… we absolutely loved the sloths and monkeys. Then we had a private guide to snorkel the coral reef. We finished by him taking us to a local lunch spot. He was so gracious… we felt well taken care of and the emote family had a wonderful day!!! Thank you ROA!!!!

It was a great experience! The animal sanctuary is very nice and well maintained.. iItwas so awesome to interact with the monkeys and Macaws. Also very unique to get super close to the sloths. The private beach was beautiful! Reef was very close to the beach. Saw dolphins hanging out just having fun!!

This is our second time on this excursion. The experience has changed at Daniel Johnson's but they have adapted to a rewarding experience in spite of the new government regulations. It was great seeing BonJovi again. From there we proceeded to ROA to begin our snorkle/beach activities. Our grandchildren went snorkeling and joined us after at Brady Cay. Brad has a relaxing place and has made many improvements since we were last here 16 months ago. He provides a family friendly enviroment with great food and drinks and an extremely friendly and attentive staff. O'Neil took exceptional care of us. The Woods have an exceptional excursion in this package combining fun with local wildlife, some snorkeling and amazing beach time. Narvin provides excellent transportation and was an amazing source of information responding to our 19 year old grandchildren many questions. Thanks Herb and Paige for an amazing time!

This was the highlight of our trip! Mike picked us up at the port and was easy to find. He told us all about the island while he drove us to the monkey and sloth sanctuary. The sanctuary was a huge hit with all of us. You could tell that the animals were well taken care of. We were able to see sloths up close and go into a monkey enclosure. The monkeys were quite fun to interact with - they jumped and climbed on us and made for great pictures. Afterwards, we went to a beach island. At the end Michael asked if we wanted to stop off for lunch or shopping as well. You could tell how much Michael loved the island and how much he knew about the history of the island. Highly recommend!

Visit to the Monkey and Sloth sanctuary was great. Informative and interactive. Our driver (Mike) was terrific. During our visit to the beach, the vendors (food, jet skis) only accepted cash, no credit cards.

Herb the organizer and especially Mike, our tour guide, were awesome! They coordinated by phone to make sure we could find them and we ended up getting a private tour! Mike drove us pretty far to Daniel Johnson’s sloths and monkeys which seemed as non-exploitative as possible (eg you can’t pet the sloths, as it’s not natural for them). The monkeys were a lot of fun and I loved snorkeling at Brady’s Caye!
