For LOCAL GUESTS: Guests staying on the island, we will pick you up and return you to your lodging accommodations. Be sure to provide us with the NAME and LOCATION (or Airbnb or VRBO listing website address) of where you're staying! If you have a preferred start-time, include that information, as well. For AIRPORT GUESTS: We will pick you up outside of luggage claim. Be sure to provide us with your AIRLINE and FLIGHT NUMBER. Please look for your name on our guide's sign. For CRUISE SHIP GUESTS: Our tours depart ONE HOUR after your ship arrives to port! Check-in for your tour at the Tour Assembly Location (shown below) at least 15 minutes prior to departure! Easy Tour Departure Formula: Ship's Arrival Time + 1 Hour = Tour Departure Time! Check-In EARLY...and you won't be LATE! COXEN HOLE/PORT of ROATAN (Royal Caribbean, NCL, MSC, Celebrity, Virgin Voyages, Oceania, etc): As you exit your ship, look for our Kiosk in the Independent Tours area past the Taxis. You'll see our company name signs and uniformed employees at Kiosk #1 at the port's Independent Tours area. One of our representatives will greet you at the kiosk, locate your name on our list and introduce you to your guide for the day. Assembly Area: Exit Ship to the Shopping Plaza stores Take a Right at the Restrooms (past the shops) Wrap-around to Kiosk #1, beyond the taxi stand Check for Company Name Signs, Shirts & ID's Check-In for your Tour ISLA TROPICALE CRUISE CENTER (Carnival, Princess, HAL, AIDA, P&O, Marella, etc.): As you exit your ship, customers on Local Independent Tours will be required by Carnival Corporation to exit their dock area through the gates and walk on the sidewalk over the hill to the main road. Once outside the gates and over the hill, look for our representatives holding our Company Name signs. One of our representatives will greet you, locate your name on our list and introduce you to your guide for the day. At the end of your tour day, we are able to drop you off to the entrance of the dock...so you will only have to do this long walk one-way, when you first arrive. Assembly Area: Exit Ship through the Gift Shop Go Past Fountain Plaza, Enter Red-Roofed Building Take a LEFT at the Taxi Stand [or take a $2 Taxi-Shuttle from Here!] Up the Sidewalk, over the Small Hill through the White Gate Look for our Company Name Signs on the right-side of service road Check-in for your Tour!
