Our driver was very friendly and professional but when we got to the resort we realized that this is a condo complex and every lounge chair and picnic table was being reserved by tenents who had gone out in the morning and reserved every place to I sit with a towel or a book or a beach bag or a book....so on and so on. The water in the pool was ice cold as well, we won't be going back.

This experience was beautiful please note this is not the most fun. The food is mediocre but expensive my daughter wanted a sandwich they charged us 19.99 for a regular nothing fancy sandwich. We got 2 towels but its was three of us that I paid for and we got 4 drink tickets 2 per adults. I didn't get any tickets for my 8yr old to get a soda or water 4.00 for soda. Majority of our family booked with thur Carnival they got access to the beach with activities. ANNND their commute to the beach was easy, we had to walk pass the tourist area up the stairs up the hill and back down, to get to our guy. It was scary. Now back to the resort, what I can say is, they dont let the people who constantly try to sell u crap all day come on property and that's appreciated. But once u step off the platform they approach you left and right. Again this place is beautiful, clean, with excellent customer service the bar staff is very welcoming. Our waiter was very patient and attentive. Just kno this place is more of a chilling spot. The pool is beautiful and the beach is nice also. No floats or activities just plain swimming and good music. My daughter's fees should have been cheaper or free. I felt it was a waste of money for her. I recommend this trip for older not young. You get no lounging chairs just a table at the outside restaurant or the bar.

Infinity bay is great. Viator is terrible! They completely misrepresented the day for me. I paid over $100 per person to do an activity that only should cost $30! Viator claims lowest price but this is not even close to true.
To be clear I have been to Infinity Bay likely 20
Plus times and always just gotten a day pass. This time I had my family with me and wanted a special time so I paid $125 for an adult to get a $30
Day pass and a towel! They were
Supposed to give us a ride but they were not there at 9 as requested so I had to pay for the ride myself.

Great day in Roatan at Infinity Bay. Picked up promptly by our driver Dave from Charlie’s Tours. Good food, drinks, pools and beach. Dave told us all about Roatan, took care of us all day and returned us to the ship on time!

We picked this resort to dive from for the day at port and the resort is great! Bummed because we could not dive due to the weather but our driver, the bar staff, and personnel at this resort were top notch. Thinking about coming back for a week to explore the dive sites in the near future.

Dave was awesome! I was worried about getting back to our ship. It was not an issue. Dave made sure we had a great time at Infinity Bay and dropped us right off at our ship. I’ve never had such great service. Would definitely book this again. Infinity Bay is well kept and beautiful.

The beach was beautiful, calm crystal clear water and soft sand. The staff was friendly. Need to go early to get the better chairs along the shore. We didn’t try the food.

This was the perfect port day!!! Odassa with Charlie's Roatan Tours was our driver to the resort, but she stayed with us the whole time, making sure we got inside, telling us about her island, stopping if we needed anything. And the resort was amazing!!! We actually didn't eat or drink anything at the resort because coconut water and empanadas were delivered right to our beach chairs. I got a massage on the beach and snorkeled in the small reef off their beach. Excellent security. Very minimal vendors. Get there as early as you can to get a chair. I want to go back!!!

Wow! There are no words that can describe how amazing the reefs and marine life were snorkeling just off of the resort. This is the perfect place to go if you love diving and snorkeling. The beach was pristine and sand so soft. Staff were nice and the facilities were well kept. The pool was clean and the water and little waterfalls were great! It wasn't crowded at all and plenty of chairs by the pool and beach to use.
We plan to stay here in the future for a long vacation. Great place for couples!

This place is a perfect get away. Stayed here 7 years ago for a week. Came back for a day on cruise. Just love this place and everything about it. The Charlie’s Roatan tour group was great for pickup, delivery, checkin and trip back to ship. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the resort. Our driver from Charlie’s was great.
I was disappointed to find out I had only a day pass & not an all inclusive one. There was alot of confusion when I discovered this at resort but their staff did their best to help resolve. I talked to some other cruisers that were there & found an alternate site that I will book through next time & recommend to others.

Had one day in Roatan on cruise vacation. Driver Sam greeted us on time showed us much of the island Resort is very nice, although very crowded and busy. Pool beautiful lunch very very good staff very pleasant . Snorkeling at the reef right from the beach unbeatable. On time return to boat a very nice day
