An Awesome "MUST SEE" adventure
These 2 activities were awesome. Both very accommodating facilities, staff, knowledgeable, entertaining and interactive. A must try for first time visitors for sure! I'd do it again when I visit back. Thanks to the staffing and coordination by Viator
With transporting us to each adventure.

Amazing experience!
Better than expected. Kelvin was an amazing guide/driver. He was extremely nice and even helped us book a boat tour after our experience was over. The rum tasting and animal experience were better than advertised. This was the highlight of our week-long cruise.

Amazing! Just do it!
We packed in so much! We booked this private tour instead of going through the cruise ship and it was an amazing experience. We did a mangrove tour and stopped to swim with tarpon and turtles. We also were able to see the sloths and monkeys, do a chocolate tour and made a beach stop. Orie was our tour guide and he was the best! He knows everyone in the island to the point where you feel like a VIP. If you want to really experience Roatan and learn about the culture and hit all the best stuff on your own time, book this tour!

Fantastic experience
Mark made the process seamless by reaching out to us in advance. He provided all the necessary details and answered any questions I had, which set a positive tone for our trip.
The tour was incredibly well organized, making our experience enjoyable and stress-free. We were fortunate to have a team of amazing guides who were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and easygoing. My son and I loved every moment of the tour and I highly recommend it.

Great day in Roatan
This was a wonderful personalized excursion. From our driver Louis who transported us to and from the excursion and also gave a history of the city, as well as taking us to a great market to shop and local restaurant to have lunch. Our boat captain Bruno and his crew were extremely helpful and engaged with us while snorkeling. They brought snacks like watermelon and homemade local bread to share as well. The snorkeling sights were great and our group greatly enjoyed the entire experience.

Great overall experience!!
Great experience from Vanessa meeting us and picking us up to Wilson, Benny and Gustavo taking us out. We were the only two on the boat and had such personal service. The water and weather was perfect. We saw many fish at all the three sites, the Aquarium, the Blue Channel and Turtle Crossing. Benny lead us around in the water to make sure we saw everything. When we finished Vanessa waited around for a bit while we shopped and had a taco. Great overall experience. Would definitely do this again with this group! Thank you so much!!

Renie was a perfect guide
Our tour with Renie with Roatán Tucan Adventures was great. We booked the snorkeling and beach day but since it was raining a bit he pivoted and gave us a city tour as well. We got to see a lot of the island. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great excursion day. The snoring turned out to be great, the reef is beautiful.

Great Experience!!
We had an amazing time with Denisa in Roatan! From start to finish, everything was seamless. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and she was so accommodating to everything we wanted to do.
We truly had a fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for better service. 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Roatan—you won’t be disappointed!

Borry (tour guide) and...
Borry (tour guide) and Jenny (driver) were great! Took roughly a 30 min drive along the coast where borry talked about the area and pointed out new things. We went straight to the monkey and sloth sanctuary where we got to hold some guinea pigs, pet some sloths, hold a macaw, and then be jumped on by some small monkeys. Had a great time with the animals. Then we took a 10 min drive to the horseback riding where we hung out and got a beer for about 10 mins while they got the horses ready. The horses looked a little worn out, but we had no issues riding them. The ride was pretty slow and took about 10 mins to a lagoon area where we walked through some murky water. Then we had about a 10 minute walk back to the stables. The weather was cloudy and windy and we didn't really want to go to the beach. So we hung out near the water in some beach chairs close to the stables for about 30 mins. On our way back we asked if we could go by the chocolate factory and they said of course. They took us to the macaw market to a store where a woman gave us a 5 min overview on how they make chocolate and gave us free samples of about 12 different types of chocolate. We got some ice cream and a mocha and wandered around the market looking at the art and gift shops for a little bit before heading back to port. Got back to port with plenty of time to walk through some stores and get a 30 min massage. We had a great time, just wish the ride could have been a longer and a better trail.

Best experience after cancelation ever!!
Unfortunately this experience was canceled due to weather and ocean quality but the agency sent Jayson to us to go to Las palmas beach and it was awesome. Jayson stayed w us all day took us to see the monkeys and sloths and was just great to be around. Showed us the island and also got us some island experiences! Would definitely use them again!

Great Experience
Scheduled a transfer from the airport to our rental. Communication was top notch, and Alex, our driver, was waiting for us when we arrived — even though our flight had been delayed. Alex shared plenty of his local knowledge as he skillfully navigated the narrow streets and delivered us safely to our destination. Highly recommend!

Tour the island for the day without the crowds
Excellent service. Met us right outside the port on time. Car was clean, well air conditioned, comfortable. We had specific places we wanted to visit and the driver tried to get us to set up guides with other companies and change our schedule, which I didn't love. I had to be more firm than I would have preferred to get him to take us where we wanted to go and when, but I do understand they're trying to funnel money into tourism on the island. The driver was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely use them again in the future, knowing that you need to be somewhat assertive if you already have a clear plan in mind.
