You do not provide clear or accurate tour information. Getting to and from pickup location was misleading. You said a guide would be provided for the tour, there was no guide for the Blue Lagoon. This was not a tour it was 2 different tours with misleading pickup/ drop off information

For clarity, the Blue Lagoon is a scheduled stop where guests can enjoy the Comfort Package, while the Northern Lights portion of the day is a guided tour in the evening. After the Blue Lagoon, guests return to Reykjavik before continuing with the Northern Lights tour. The blue lagoon was beautiful and peaceful.
Wish we could have seen the northern lights, but the weather wouldn't participate

Our pick up from the hotel was fine but our drop off was confusing. We ended up on a bus that only went to the Bus Terminal from the Blue Lagoon had to end up waiting about an hour for the bus to specifically drop us off at our Hotel. The Blue Lagoon was. Spectacular we truly enjoyed it. Unfortunately for the sky was too cloudy so we didn’t get the full experience but that’s Mother Nature’s doing not the Tour Operators fault

The price was higher than the value of what I got. Definitely wasn’t worth it. It should include a lunch with it for the price.

Awful experience on Northern lights trip, did not get to bed until 3 am - not what was promised
Blue lagoon is lovely but staff were like little dictators ordering people about

We booked multiple tours that were, we thought, combos. No one told us we have to leave the tour return to our starting point and go on the next. Long wait between tours. No one mentioned it. Very disappointed as we had a short trip and wanted to squeeze in as much as possible.

It was just terrific visiting the Blue Lagoon. Upon arrival we was taken care of by very Friday staff. They helped us “settle down”. After a shower we vent into the Blue Lagoon. It was not that warn at first but after some meters it was comfortable. The outside, yes we were outside, temperature was about zero and it was raining/snowing, but felt as -6 degree Celsius. The head was very very cold, so we did not stay in for lońg. We vent inside and took a drink and went back to the Blue Lagoon again Angeles got our face mask. It was a really enjoyable experience, but I think it would be even more enjoyable in the summer.
