Wrong meeting spot

Never got to do the tour. Our original reservation showed one meeting spot and the day of our tour we got a text showing us a completely different starting point. We raced from the first meeting place to the one on the most recent text ( 21 minutes away) only to find that we were in the wrong place. Very frustrating and disappointing

Our guide contacted you personally and suspected you were at Malostranská namesti. Unfortunately, this often causes confusion in Prague, so we communicate this clearly. Our guide sent you a live location and a Google Maps link for the first stop, but unfortunately, you couldn't find the guide. We offered you the option of taking the tour the next day as an alternative. Unfortunately, you didn't respond.
