Don't bother, the audio guide did not work and the customer support was abysmal. I am still waiting on a reply and refund. Shocking service.

Lovely place to visit, we only got confirmation ticket once we had arrived and then had a message stating you need a printed ticket. Struggled to print the ticket but had no issues at the castle using the eticket. Great place to explore, takes around 3 hours to walk around the buildings and gardens.

Self guided: needs a little instruction

Although this is a self guided tour—- a few suggestions to support any confusion once on site 1. No need to print the tickets all building accepted from my phone after I stressed about having them printed 2. With confirmation of purchase there should be a map with clear instructions on which building is 1, 3 etc… 3 there is NO check in place to get started. I just had to randomly approach entrances and see if the Roman numeral number matched what my ticket was ( the ticket does not give yoynacees to everything). It was very chaotic. I guess this is why I prefer guided tours so I don’t have to think so much about where I am going.

Despite repeatedly proving that I was unable to use the service due to the operator’s fault, I still haven’t received a refund. I purchased a tour with an audio guide. The link they sent me didn’t work — my browser blocked it as unsafe. I had no choice but to buy another tour from a different platform, and that one worked perfectly. Viator staff suggested that I call the operator directly. However, doing so would have cost me extra money for roaming charges. They also refused to provide the operator’s name, only giving me a phone number. Very disappointing experience — poor customer support and no accountability for the faulty service.

Worst Audio Guide Ever!

Audio guide was terrible! There were no reference points to guide the walk…even the distinction between inside and outside St. Vitus, for example. And the content was disappointingly light rather than rich with details. Plus Skip the Line was nothing more than an attendant lifting the rope to let you in because your ticket didn’t scan properly. No actual way to move to the front of the line. I expect more from Viator vetted experiences!

The appointment given on the map of the castle is not good. Your link takes us directly to 1 side of the Royal Palace and makes us miss the beginning of the visit because the link does not take us to the entrance gates of the castle. The link takes us through the end of the visit and not the beginning so we had to do the visit the wrong way. It’s not so great, then!
