Over rall good experience .
The blue umbrellas was with tour guides not in a center . They were carrying blue umbrellas . We were told to search an office space with blue umbrellas lmao ..lol ROFL .

Bought the tickets online with Viator. I have had great success with them as a company and highly recommend. Great customer service and very quick response time.
With regard to this booking, we found it difficult to find where to pick up the tickets. We were looking for a larger tent like blue and white structure. It was actually a small umbrella. Hard to find in the crowd. I contacted customer service and they immediately assisted. They were awesome!
The tour of the castle was beautiful. Not sure I’d buy tickets from Viator on this though Skipping the Line was accurately. Advertised.

20 minute intro of what’s included and short history of cathedral, palace and Golden Lane. Golden Lane is not worth the time and to exit there are a million stairs down to the street.

A classic tourist trap. Endless lines, and skip-the-line tickets don't exist, a guide told me. The ticket box doesn't tell you what's included and what's not, in fact, you only find out by visiting the castle itself, where you can only see half the buildings.

We had a 1030 ticket but the church was closed until noon
No one told us so stood in line for about an hour as they said to do this first

Do some research. There are so many places to visit and each one has a ticket associated. We had a ticket for 4 areas and enjoyed all. Guide was informative and spoke good English. You can spend a whole day here. Advice go early or late. It is very crowded

This is not skip the line. Rather, it’s skip the TICKET line, which was the shortest line in the place. The rest of the lines were long and we had to stand in all of them. Also, there are ten possible things to see and this ticket only allows you to see four of them.

It is written in the product description that the line skips the queue to the ticket office, which tends to be long on some days, but on some it can be shorter. The main circuit ticket only covers four objects; to access the other objects, you need to purchase an additional ticket at a separate ticket office. This experience was just as described..blue umbrella in front of the church necessary to get actual tickets and very good overview..but no real skip the line experience as there is only one line…you need to use the QR code on tickets to get free audio guide and headphones or ear pieces necessary to hear due to large crowds

Not worth the expense. Choose something with more of a guide. Meeting place details were very bad, could not locate guide/group. Very little introduction to the tour. Poorly managed…worst Viator in my experience.

Much easier than standing in line to buy tickets. They have the blue and white umbrellas which are easy to find once in the correct square but I wish the directions were a little better and maybe included a map of where to find them. Would definitely do again.

It was nice to not have to stand inline for the tickets. And we timed the queues to all the sites we wanted to see so the longest one took maybe 10 minutes. Tip: Go look for the shortest queue.
If you start at 11:30 (as we did) do the cathedral last.

Very efficient!! The guides were there at time marked and they gave a brief history of the grounds and where to go. Then it was freetime! Tickets gave us access to 4 main points: Cathedral (tower not included), Basilica, Castle, and Golden Lane.

Lots of churches and history. Cathedral is like 3 building sections over centuries very tall 300 foot spires. Early orthodox great contrast simple walks frescos. Come early very crowded. Take tram up if you can. Then see small houses on way down.

Not one to usually write a review, however I was displeased with the organisation. I had my tour booked for 1pm. I had to wait for a person with white and blue umbrella for over 50min to get my ticket. Once I did the cathedral was so busy, I chose not to go wait in line , my young children were exhausted. The golden lane, well not sure that’s worth it. Beautiful place and a must see, but I wasted my money as I didn’t use my ticket for entry fee. U could just go outside for pics.

This is a “skip the admissions line” ticket not a “skip the line to get in” ticket. Not sure it was worth the additional cost since there was a five minute admissions line but 35 minute line to get into the cathedral. Having said that, the cathedral is definitely worth seeing.
