Lovely trip with a fantastic guide. The trip includes a tram ride up the hill and entry to several locations at the castle. It’s very informative and the castle is beautiful

Such an interesting tour. Our guide was very informative and told us so much about the history of the buildings. We struggled to find the meeting point (the taxi driver took us to the castle entrance) but I messaged our guide who arranged to meet us at the next stop just inside the castle courtyard which was so helpful. Definitely a trip worth doing.

Nice experience but long line up

I really enjoy visiting the castle and cathedral. We had a great guide, Ana. But I bought the skipped tickets which was not skipped line at all. So I was waiting like everyone for an hour or so to visit each castle.

Don’t do. Tour doesn’t allow time to see anything more than passing by while she talks.

Tour guide was almost running during the tour. She talked and walked so fast and you don’t have time to look at anything. She didn’t hold umbrella high enough to keep in sight. She was just worried about getting through the tour route on time. She didn’t keep group together and actually lost us for one of the areas until we found the group 30 minutes later. I would use the audio guide and save money and learn more.

I never meet the guide operator. After an hour I saw a lady I supposed was the guide and asked if she worked for viator It was her. She never contacted me. I called her several times and never answered. I bought a new tickets to enter into the castle.

Disappointing Fail

We were unable to locate the tour guide and did not get to go on this tour. Google maps took us to the wrong location and we were given no landmarks or contact information and no information to help us locate our guide (many tours have instructions to look for the Orange umbrella, etc). All we were given was an address and we are from the US and are unfamiliar with the country. Very disappointed and we paid for three tickets and don’t even know how to get a refund

Magda did a great job as our tour guide. She was very informative and made the tour interesting. I would have love to have gone back inside the castle for more exploration after the tour was over, however, the ticket is only good for one entry.
