Day out worth it

It is a good way to see more or Prague. A full day experience. It was very hot when we went, so I suggest to take bathers as there is a river you can swim in. I wish I had taken mine. Ava was a great guide and very helpful.

This was a 10/10 tour. We have been on many tours over the years and this was the best yet. Veronica was an amazing historian and told us so much about this city and it's history. She is an excellent guide and our driver was also wonderful. This was the best day of our European vacation and we highly recommend it.

It wasn’t organised well. They didn’t drop me back at pick up when they were meant to. The guide was not very nice and didn’t care . Meant to be English tour but he was talking another language to a couple which was very annoying and took ages and we were so behind anyway . So nit real happy

Beautiful Cesky, horrible tour guide

Location is beautiful but our guide was horrible. Wasted 90 minutes for an English tour of the palace. She should have known the schedule. She left us at the castle never came back next time we saw her was at the departure meeting spit. When we stated our dissatisfaction She became rude and was silent entire ride back. She should be fired

Our driver got us safely to the Cesky Krumlov and back to Prague as it was about 5.5 hours of driving. Our tour guide gave us good history on the way to Cesky Krumlov. The tour guide of the castle was very informative and made the tour fun. It was a long day, but worth it!

A little rushed through the tour of the castle, wasn't given time to take pictures. Dropped off far from the hotel because of the narrow streets but found on the walk back they could have dropped us off closer.

Cesky Krumlov is a lovely town and worth the visit. Our guide got off to a rough start - she missed her bus to work. It happens. We had hoped we would be moving to a bigger bus but no. The seats are narrow so we were pretty squished for the entire drive. The driver was pretty herky jerky so it was hard to get relaxed. Once we were at Cesky Krumlov our guide filled us in on the history. Her English was not perfect but if we listed carefully we understood. She would take off for the next sight but forget to tell us to follow so we would be taking pictures and she would be gone. Lunch was.....really horrible. We were given some free time to explore on our own. She gave us plenty of time. We met back at the meeting place at the time we were told to and next thing you know we have to take off at a sprint to get to the castle for the last tour. She could have cut off our free time by 5 even 10 minutes so that we could have walked. The tour guide at the castle was knowledgeable and it was a very good tour. No pictures are allowed in the castle. We headed back to Prague in the same uncomfortable bus with the same driver who got VERY irate at having to drop one of our single travelers at her hotel. It was still a very lovely day and we had wonderful traveling companions. A few glitches makes for interesting travel stories.

Cesky Krumlov is a Fairy Tale castle and town. Probably the most picturesque we have ever seen. The tour guide, Gula, was great, we had a good lunch in a nice restaurant and plenty of time to wander around the town. The Castle was beautiful but the official tour guide was a little difficult to understand so we missed some of the information and got a little tired focusing so intently hoping to catch what was being said. That being said, Cesky Krumlov is definitely worth seeing and the town is a delight.

As well, the specification of this tour is small group. I would hardly call a group of 20 people small! Altogether, not a happy trip at all and very disappointed with the quality of the tour. We had a lovely trip. It is a 2.25 hour drive each way so be aware of that. There is a lovely bathroom break on the way there, but not back. Cesky Krumlov is a quaint small town with a magnificent castle. We got to see several of the castle rooms, walk around the town, and learn about the history. Overall it was worth it, we had about 20 in our group. The tour guide lived there for 40 years so knew his stuff.
