The guide was boring, he didn’t talk to us apart from a few minutes in the bus route. He left us alone to walk around in Karlovy Vary and didn’t show us the town. Waste of money!!

Everything was perfect. Lunch was nice as well. The bus and restaurant were PACKED if that's okay With you. The glass factory was interesting.

It was a long drive, about 2 hrs each way. The Moser factory was really interesting for adults and also our 3 kids, ages 7,11,14. The tour guide was lovely and amazing to speak 3 languages. It was run by Martin Tours in Prague, they had a nice small van, the tour was our family and 5 others. The information going through Prague out to the freeway was great to hear. We've been to Karlovy Vary 18 years ago and was still so pretty and quiet. The natural springs might be good for you, but it takes like drinking Bi Card Soda

Tour guide had the flu ,coughing and snizing, germs spread. Very bad accent that made hard to understand. The programme tailor made to his needs :stop for shopping at Mozer glass factory, upon arrival at Karlov Vary lunch at 13:00!! First to be served the guide !! Then a good walk to digest with very few stops for historic details and description. 1 and a half hour only for our main destination. Don't recommend.

I am so glad I did this trip. The Moser factory was very interesting and the town of Karlovy Vary is extremely beautiful. The reason for the low rating was with the tour company and driver and guide itself. The driver scared us by driving like a maniac. He was driving at over a 100 miles an hour often in his quest to pass every vehicle we came across.. The guide was ok, I felt sorry for him. We were a group of 3 couples all speaking a different language which was a bummer. The 2 hour drive there the guide rarely had a chance to breath explaining everything three times. When we were in the town Karlovy Vary it took much more time to get through all the explanations he needed to do in three languages taking up more of our free time in the city. Driving into the city you drive up some hills that had beautiful views of the city and it would have been nice to have a stop to take some pictures of the town. Lastly our racecar driver dropped our guide off about 10 minutes before we were back to our pickup location. Thought this was odd and also did not give us a chance to tip the guide. All in All, I would highly recommend you both the moser glass factory tour and visiting Karlovy Vary.... maybe not with Martin Tours though.

Karlovy Vary es una ciudad balneario absolutamente espectacular que no puedes perderte si vas a Praga y dispones de un día completo para verla. Un consejo, no olvides visitar la Iglesia Ortodoxa Rusa que está en lo alto de la colina, de verdad que merece la pena.
