The ride is a bit bumpy, on account of the cobblestone streets. Although, it is worth the views and commentary on the history of Porto. Valuable experience, especially if you have limited time to explore the city.

Our Tuk Tuk driver delayed our trip by 6.5 hours. ( 5.5 hr because of some celebration + 1 hr he was late ). He was apologetic, but he rushed a 2 hour trip to 1.5 hr. He was texting all the time and we had to pull information out of him by asking questions. I would not recommend the company. Beautiful city , but disappointing experience.

This was our first time in Porto and we were there only for the day. We had taken a boat cruise earlier in day and had lunch . The day before we decided to book a tuk tuk historical tour for 4pm in order to view more of Porto without walking too much. Our tour guide Gonzalo was great and very informative. He allowed us to stop and take photos as well he shared a lot of history about the different spots along the way. We had a drink included which was a delicious Porto wine. He took us to various locations alongside the water where we got great views of the bridges and beautiful scenery. Although it was a bit chilly due to the north wind , we were glad to have come prepared with layers of clothing and the experience was a great one for us. Thank you Gonzalo.

Horrible. The tuk tuk driver canceled me via text, an hour before our time not through Viator. They will not respond through the viator app and now Viator cant confirm they canceled. I want a refund!!

Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected mechanical issue with the vehicle approximately one hour before your scheduled tour, which made it impossible to proceed safely. As soon as this happened, we contacted you immediately via text to inform you.
Despite the situation, we offered two alternative time slots, including one just 2 hours later, in an effort to still provide the experience. As neither option was feasible for you, we proceeded with an immediate full refund.
Thank you for your understanding, and once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

This is a convenient way to orient yourself upon arriving in Porto. Taking the tuk- tuk saves zillions of steps up and down hills. We were given a good orientation and historical lesson.

We had the best time with Anna. She was so knowledgeable and was so much fun. We had the best time with her. She showed us all over Porto and everything we wanted to see. This is the best way to see the city and to we got to hop out and take photos and soak up the culture. I highly recommend doing this tour to anyone coming to Porto. There are a lot of shady tuk tuk tours and this one was fantastic.

The driver was polite, but not very knowledgeable. He had memorized a few facts, but when we asked follow-up questions, he wasn’t able to provide any additional information. We often found ourselves having to prompt him for details; otherwise, we would have been sitting in silence.
We also did not visit the final stop at Mosteiro Santo Agostinho da Serra do Pilar, as he told us there was no time. Since we arrived right on time, it felt strange that this stop was simply skipped.
While it was pleasant to be driven around and shown the main attractions, the overall experience lacked historical depth and felt somewhat incomplete.

Absolutely wonderful. Rafael (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was extremely knowledgeable about her city and made the two hour tour go by quite quickly with her fun facts and positive energy! Would definitely recommend. I’ve had other tuktuk tours before but this one exceeds the others.
