João’s tour with two motorcycles (sidecars attached) was a one-of-a-kind tour. Paulo is the second driver and very friendly. We made lots of great stops and learned quite a bit of history. The guides are great about taking lots of photos of your party.
We were able to modify the trip a bit as it was raining the whole time. While the guides made it fun and brought rain gear, I do not recommend this wonderful tour in the rain. It is difficult to see through the helmet face guards with rain and the sights aren’t as brilliant.
Here is an honest tip: one person in each sidecar (for a max of two). Any additional riders have to ride on the small seat behind the driver. In our case, it was fine, as my adult daughter is petite.
For those curious, the motorcycles are not loud or smelly. The sidecars are comfortable.
We highly recommend this tour!

What an awesome experience! Our side-car tour with Pedro was the highlight of our time in Porto. He was super friendly, polite, and made us feel like we were just hanging out with a friend while exploring the city. Pedro knows so much about Porto and shared great stories along the way, plus he took us to a fantastic local spot for lunch we never would’ve found on our own. The whole ride was fun from start to finish and such a unique and memorable way to see the city. Highly recommend!

It was an amazing 3 hour tour of the historic section of Porto and the City across the river. Pácio was our driver and went above and beyond. He took a lot of pictures of us and showed some amazing places. We didn’t realize it is a private tour with just the 2 of us. So glad it was because we were able to tailor as we went.

Fantastic - the most unique way to experience Porto - you’ll be the envy of all! Pacio was the consummate guide - passionate about his city, extremely knowledgeable and quick with a smile. Pacio was keen on safety and maneuvered us through traffic and pedestrians with the utmost care. There are not enough accolades for Pacio and the Porto Sidecar Tours - do not pass up the opportunity to experience Porto with this intimate tour!

Joao and his partner were charming, knowledgeable, and funny! We really enjoyed our 3+ hour tour with them. They told us about the history of Porto, and showed us the architectural wonders of the city. They treated us to delicious espressos and Portuguese pastry, and recommended a great spot for a fresh fish along the river. The sidecar tour was the highlight of our trip to Portugal!!

The weather was not very but our guide was exceptional. He contacted us to be sure that we still wanted to go. He had rain coats for us to protect us from the rain. He was very informative. Took us to a great place for lunch. I would highly recommend this tour.

João provided an excellent historic backdrop while driving us through the narrow streets on a unique form of transportation. The Ural sidecar was an open and airy experience while still allowing us to hear our very knowledgeable guide. João is very accommodating and has a great sense of humor. Beware, you will stand out in the crowd on this tour 😁
