When your ship docks at the Turistic Port: Cruise ships docks at Ponta Delgada cruise terminal,when you leave the ship, you will pass trough the security room reaching the terminal hall, this is where our local guides welcome you, holding a sign with your name or a sign with AZORES DREAM TOURS If we have several cruise ship´s at the time: Only one ship can dock at the time at the turistic port, in this case the other´s cruise ship´s will dock at the comercial port, you will need to take the shutle out of the comercial port, and we will be at the first exit shutle stop in town, holding a sign with our name or a sign with AZORES DREAM TOURS

This is the second time we have gone on this tour in three years. We really think it is a great tour and lots of fun and a wonderful way to see so much for a very short period of time. The guys are really making an effort to personalize the tour and give you information about the Island. I'd recommend it again -we thought Carlos was fabulous and we had such a fun time with him.

Great experience! A pleasurable tour with many fascinating things to see. My favorite was the Crater volcano and hot springs. Well worth the trip to visit a natural wonder and our tour company provided the opportunity and more.

Our operator skipped 3 of the stops on the tour. It was also only about 3:30 long and included approx 40 people. There was no customization only a bunch of driving in a bus. There were multiple complaints by those of us traveling but the operator just said the description wasn’t supposed to include that.
Contacted Viator for a partial refund and they gave nothing. I will no longer use Viator since they don’t stand behind the tours they offer.

We signed up for a small group private tour and got stuck on a bus tour with more than 30 people. There were 5 stops scheduled we only made three of them. Definitely disappointed and very mislead by operator.

What we got of the tour was terrific. But we were promised a visit to the Parque Terra Nostra and we were told that it was not covered as part of the tour even though it clearly was. We chose this for the 3 highlights of tea plantation, Furnas (also never got to see where they cook the food) and hot springs. Very disappointed to be told things were included when they clearly were not.

The island is beautiful so it sells itself. There are many stops. Beautiful scenery. Six adults were picked up in a van that held 6 people and a driver. The back seat required the adults to climb over in an awkward way. Three adults in the back seat of a minivan…was NOT comfortable.

The tour guide skip the most important sightseeing point and did not offer us to take the photo of the lake. Most of the time is wasting on the road in travelling. Not much to see. Really disappointed and not recommended other travellers to join this tour!

As your group arrived on a cruise ship, we must always respect the scheduled tour duration so that no guest risks missing the ship’s departure. This is especially important for tours to Furnas, which are located 45 minutes from the cruise port each way. This travel time is unavoidable and must be included within the 4-hour duration that you booked.
Despite these constraints, our guides always work hard to maximize the experience. On your tour, this included:
making extra stops at lower altitudes, where the weather was clearer,
offering additional time at viewpoints whenever possible within the limited timeframe,
continuously adjusting the itinerary in real time to ensure the best conditions and that all planned locations were visited.
We regret that these necessary adjustments and the fixed return time for cruise passengers did not meet your expectations, but our priority is always to provide a safe, enjoyable, and punctual experience.

We had a different operator cancel our tour last minute and it ended being best thing that could have happened!!! This one was a gem. The tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. What a beautiful island. It was great to see all the countryside. A little disappointed in group size because it said at time of booking 8 people maximum and there were 19 on the tour. The tour guide did a great job he gave us so much information about the area. It rained the day we were there so it wasn’t the best time to go, but it was very green and that doesn’t happen on its own. There were lots of happy cows. Lol

It was an unseasonably cold, wet and cloudy day, but Pedro still showed us great parts of the island and we'd love to come back for another visit to hopefully see the Sete Cidades Craters from a high viewpoint without the cloud!

We signed up for a tour group of 8 max and were put into a tour group of 22, with guide that spoke poor English. We had a broken seat on the bus, but no available seat to move to. The guide knew it was broken and recommended to switch with someone else. The guide only spoke while in the bus, did not go with to provide details once we were out of the bus. We were very disappointed as we were a group of 7 and thought we may have on extra person with us.

Our guide, Pedro was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the island, showing us everything from the north to the south, ensuring he never took the same route twice so we could see all of the island. Andrea was a great guide! We were only in port for a few hours, so Andrea was extremely accommodating and willing to adjust the plans to make sure we got to do our highest priority items first. We loved visiting the hot springs at Parque Terra Notres was amazing. Our family loved swimming in the yellow water and wished we could have spent more time there. The place where they cook the guizado and there is boiling water was so cool. You could tell Andrea loves her island and enjoyed sharing it with us.
