- Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Christina was an excellent instructor and very patient with my two younger children (10 & 7). She took time to make sure we understood and answered our questions patiently. Her husband Enzo shared photos of his scuba/travel adventures around the world while we ate the pasta (spinach and ricotta tortelli) we prepared. Highly recommend!!

We had a superb afternoon and early evening with Christina and her husband Enzo, a lovely couple who welcomed us into their home and treated us almost as family. Christina is an excellent cook; she showed us how to make tortellini pasta with two different fillings and even accepted our offer of "helping" her. We then ate a charming meal of parma ham, pasta, and creme caramel, accompanied by bread, wine and a homemade liquour.
The visit was the highlight of our visit to Parma.
