- A maximum of 6 people per booking. Age 12 and up.
- Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

- Classes are hands-on, but for certain types of preparations, the participants may be working in a group of 2.
- Minimum age 12. Children must attend with a registered adult : 1 adult per child
- After 5 minutes of delay we shall begin the course without the late client. After 15 minutes without anybody showing up, the class will automatically be cancelled, and your booking may be treated as a last minute non-refundable cancellation.

We had a lovely morning with Habi. She was very knowledgable and was very good at giving direction. I did the class with my 14 year old daughter who loves to bake. It was a lot of fun and we would definitely recommend it.

Our instructor is all business so we were able to make the macaron and learned from her but it seemed like she didn’t want to be there. She’s just going through the motion. No excitement. I wished she had more energy and given the class a fun vibe

Gaelle is superb in making sure all steps are precisely followed and knowing when the ingredients are ready. Without her, these macaroons would not have been as good! It was a fun experience for teenagersand adults alike.

Gale was an amazing teacher and really knew her stuff! The macaroons were deliciousssss, I was very impressed for first time bakers! Gale set us up for success, everything measured precisely so we couldn’t really mess up. And all the little tips and tricks here and there are most memorable!

I really, really enjoyed this macaron baking class! Whether you have experience with baking or not, the instructor does a great job of guiding you through the process to create some delicious treats. I’m glad I took the time to do this experience with my mom while in Paris!
Also, as an added bonus, it is relatively easy to navigate to using public transportation.

Attended with my teenager who enjoys baking and learning new things. Instructions were clear, and the macarons were both beautiful to look at, but tasty as well. Our instructor, Gaelle, was patient and great at explaining the process…..making something that seemed complicated very clear and simple.

Amazing experience!! My daughter and I loved every second of this class. It was a very small group, so detailed, and our pastry chef Gaëlle was INCREDIBLE! She was so patient and kind, and truly has a passion for what she does as a French pastry chef. We were able to take 15 macrons home with us and the recipe. I can’t say enough about this class. We can’t wait to come back and take other classes! Thank you so much Gaëlle for such a wonderful experience and making our first trip to Paris so memorable and delicious!

We heard about this class when our daughters classmate went to the Croissant's class and recommended that she definitely try it. Marie, our instructor for the macaron class was patient and exceptional. Although the ingredients were pre-weighed for the class, you still have to mix the ingredients/make the ganache filling/ pipe the macarons well to make the macarons. We are very happy with our overall experience and definitely felt that we can build on this skill. The pus side if this is that we can take home the macarons that are made. Will try to make the croissants class next time around.

This was an excellent course . Gail was a really good teacher with perfect English . I went with my 16 year old daughter and we now know how to make the perfect macaroons . Can definitely recommend .

What a treat literally! Our hostess and chef was great, very attentive and our entire class successfully made some beautiful and delicious macarons which we all got to take with us. We even got the recipe if we were so ambitious to try it at home. The class location was walkable from the metro but do give yourself extra time to navigate the neighborhood. This is a great activity for a family or anyone looking to do something a bit low-key. If you need a break from walking around the city but still way to do something, this is perfect.

This class is amazing! Julie, our chef, was very patient and friendly. This class is hands-on and we were walked through each step to make the macarons. The macarons were delicious and I was able to follow the recipe back home to the delight of my family and friends. I would recommend this class for bakers and non-bakers alike!!

I know this is a late review, but it was an awesome class. It was a small group, being only myself. She was really helpful and the one on one attention was amazing. I enjoyed the class so much, when my mom came to visit a year later we went back and took the Eclair class.
