Lovely tour with Andrea - she kept history of the area leading up to and including Notre Dame fun and meaningful without getting lost in drawn out and trivial details. I loved her stories and the relatability she had with the group. It was short and sweet, and not exhausting at all! And she was very personable, which is a plus. She was also willing to accommodate when I ran a bit late to the tour without humiliating or insulting in front of the group. Highly recommend Andrea and this tour :)
Guide was very knowledgeable about the history and rebuilding of the cathedral. We also learned much about the surrounding area and the island it was built on.
Our guide, Karen was terrific. Very knowledgeable, and engaging. The tour took us in and around the streets and squares of Notre Dame as promised. We were disappointed that the “Inside Access” described in the package did not actually fast track us through the queue as expected. We had to stand in the main walk-up queue for approximately 45 minutes. I think it’s important to share this level of transparency with the guests as you pay extra for this specific package and essentially got the same thing as the main package.

Dear Beth_Z,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re delighted to hear that Karen was terrific and made the tour engaging and informative.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment regarding the queue. During the high season, queues can form even with a reserved entrance. While our tour description specifies that the entrance is reserved, it does not guarantee skip-the-line access, and we’re sorry if this distinction was not clear when you booked.
We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue to review how we communicate this information to ensure our guests have clear expectations.
Violeta was a wonderful tour guide! We learned so much about the Ile de la Cite. She gave us in depth information about Notre Dame and explained what we should look for when we got inside.
Started with more walking than I expected before we got to cathedral. Guide was very informative and interesting about the area.
Did cathedral on our own and then not sure if we were meeting guide after. We should have asked her.
Victoire was a great tour guide, the experience was even better because it seemed like a mini tour of Paris as well as Notre Dame Cathedral. We would highly recommend Victoire for other visitors! Merci!
Meeting at the Equestrian Statue of Henry la Pont Neurf is about 13 minutes walk from Notre Dame. The Guide Carole has excellent knowledge and has a very friendly way. The tour takes in the history of the main palaces and leads to the main entrance of Notre Dame, through lovely squares. We found the whole tour interesting and Carole answered all of our questions. Thank you for staying with us in the queue and pointing out the main parts of the frontage, it was fascinating.
Christal (Chris) was an extremely knowledgeable and engaging tour guide who added lots of little details that otherwise we would not have received. My only regret was not asking if she leads tours at other sites as it would have been quite pleasurable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our semi private tour with Kateryna! She did a great job walking through the points of interest near Notre Dame along with educating us on what the church sculptures represent. Great tour if you want to learn about Notre Dame and the surrounding areas.
This was our first time going to Notre Dame and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! It really is an otherworldly place with so much beauty inside. The stained glass windows and interior were gorgeous to look at.
Our guide, Shahnaz, did a great job speaking loudly enough and walking us through Notre Dame. We really appreciated her enthusiasm for the cathedral.
Learned a lot about the cathedral and the surrounding area. I liked the small number of people, it was more intimate.
We had a great tour with Saeed. He was super friendly and gave us amazing information along the way to Notre Dame Cathedral. Also did an inside tour with him and getting detailed information about the individual chapels made the visit much more enjoyable. I definitely recommend getting a tour with Saeed!
Our guide Jasmina was engaging and knowledgeable. She was friendly and fully answered my questions. I highly recommend her.
The tour guide, Shannaz, was great! She spoke very well and was extremely thorough throughout the entire tour.
Matilda was so knowledgeable and gave a very good all rounded understanding of the beautiful Notre-Dame Cathedral! We thoroughly enjoyed walking through the streets leading to the cathedral learning of other great buildings! Highly recommend this tour!
Our guide, Michelle, brought centuries of history, art and religion to life. Throughout her lifetime, this has been her area of steady, and it enriched our experience at Notre Dame. It was thrilling, after many previous visits and the fire, to see how beautiful the restorations have made the cathedral.
The guide was full of information and was interactive and fun. She was considerate of the heat and made the stops in the shade
A nice learning experience about Notre Dame. We prefer the guided tours so you can learn things you wouldn’t normally know. You also have the opportunity to ask questions.
We were given the exact location of the meeting point with Fredrick, by text and email.
Very easy to find him. We were 5 people in the group so it was nice and intimate. Very interesting history of the building, Frederik gave us an in depth overview of the facade and then we walked inside the cathedral. The architecture of the building is fascinating and also his explanations of all the art behind the glass windows. It’s about 1.5 hour tour, which captures the cathedral nicely. The best way to see Notre Dame is by tour, you know what’s going on around you, very quick access with a group tour.
Faster to stand in line and get free entry. Whole Juan was great, not worth it. Meeting point and walking is unnecessary.

Dear GLENN_P,
Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about the guide.
We would like to clarify that the meeting point and the guided walk are standard parts of how this specific tour is conducted. All of this logistics information, including the itinerary structure, is clearly outlined in the tour description page before booking so guests can choose the experience that best suits their preferences.
We appreciate you sharing your perspective with us
Best regards,
After arriving at the Notre Dame site very early. We looked around for Henry VI on all surrounding streets we could not find the meeting point. How an earth anyone would book a tour not starting at the Notre Dame I don’t know. We are not young and tne other travel had heart surgery in January and found the walking harder then usual. I contacted the tour operator to get further information only to find no communication back So paid for something $156 for no tour . Not Happy.

Dear Kevin_A,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that you missed your tour and experienced difficulties finding the group.
We would like to clarify that the exact meeting point for this experience is clearly stated on your booking confirmation email. This specific tour begins with a guided walking tour of the surrounding historic area, which is why the meeting location is not directly at the Notre Dame site itself.
We always encourage our guests to carefully review their confirmation vouchers ahead of time to ensure a smooth arrival, especially since our tours must start promptly on schedule.
Our tour leader, Melanie, was great! She was not only very knowledgeable about Notre Dame, but also about multiple other sites close to it. The tour moved swiftly, but if we had any questions, she happily took the time to answer them to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend a tour with Melanie as the quite!
Andrea was a fabulous guide! She gave us a great history of the area & answered all our Paris questions.
Saeed was phenomenal. There wasn’t a question asked that he didn’t have a man answer to. It’s clear he has a very deep well of knowledge, loves his job, and cares about people. Thank you for a great tour!
Be prepared for the meeting place to be a good ways from the Cathedral. Be prepared for a history lesson before the Cathedral. Everything else good
Amazing Carole was very knowledgeable gave amazing insight to the city of Paris. I would recommend this tour.
Fantastic guide for this tour.
Great decision to do it before the crowds built up.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and her English was excellent
I enjoyed our guide. She was informative and easy to understand. I was expecting some sort of expedited entrance to the cathedral, but no. However our guide kept us entertained with information about the facade and such, so standing in line was fine.
Nina was a wonderful guide and we learned a lot about Notre Dame. Would recommend if you want additional background before touring.
Great Tour and very Informative. Melanie was amazing and I learnt so much not just about long ago but recent history with the fire. the walk was pleasant
