Rita was a very knowledgeable and personable tour guide. 5 star all the way. This made our day for sure!
Don’t skip this tour, Elizabeth was wonderful. She pointed out so many details. No one would ever know.
This would be a zero star, but that’s not an option. We waited over a half hour for anybody to show up and never connected with the tour guide. Could not get through to customer service at the hour that we had the tour planned. Ended up having to go through via Hart to find out what was going on. Found out that evening after we had gone ahead and taken another tour that the tour company was giving us a refund. They never explained why, but I’m assuming that it was because the tour guide never showed up. The customer service was terrible as I have yet to hear from the company.
Beware of this tour. It is a scam. We paid and showed up and there was a man who told us that our tour started in an hour. Not the time it had originally stated. They were not ready to refund or cancel until I pressed them.
Notre dame inside is okay. But I can to say I dud it . The guide Rita, outside was amazing. Thank you
Despite the cold, windy, and a rainy day. Elizabeth was lovely. She took her time with our tour and even walked us to a cafe she recommended for brunch.
This was an amazingly helpful experience. The Guide gave us a very proficient and nicely humorous chat about the circumstances surrounding the Notre Dame fire. This was preceded by a very thorough verbal presentation at the front of the cathedral with reference to historical features of Notre Dame development.
Guide was great, friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all questions! Time well spent!
Our tour operator and guide were excellent, and provided great insight on the Cathedral both pre and post fire as well as throughout history.
We met the Viator tour guide on the corner, away from the church. She explained that we were to go inside on our own, for FREE, and use their FREE app or devices to tour the cathedral. Following that, we were to meet the guide AWAY from the church, outside, and she would explain the exterior features. The reason the meeting places were away from the church is that the church will apparently not allow outside guides on their premises. Punt this! Go inside the church, ask for info, and enjoy your FREE tour.

Our Tour Guide was in inspiring fashion, designer, and gave a fresh, young twist to explaining thousands of years of history with this amazing cathedral. It was so nice to see it restored after countless hours of hands-on restoration done by true craftsmen. Loved it!

My reason for booking the tour was to avoid the long lines for entry. As it turned out, when I booked for Sunday morning there was no line. Communication was good, and no problems finding the meeting spot. Our guide , Rita was very knowledgeable and made the walking tour worth the expense. She’s a very charming guide.

Very knowledgeable guide points out details and fascinating facts that are not in the usual guide books and articles. Very engaging. Well worth the money and the time, leaving lots of food for thought and facts for discussion for a long time afterwards!

Elizabeth was an amazing tour guide. She explained the Notre Dame in a special way that really painted the picture of the history of this amazing church. I would recommend this tour, especially if you get Elizabeth as your guide!

It was super cold that day in January but she made it fun.
The only reason i booked this tour was to get access to the cathedral. But as Anna K said in her Oct 25th review Notre Dame is FREE to enter. They simply had someone meet us who was not a “guide” who just walked us through the normal line (no special entry) with everyone else. There was no special entry. we could have done everything ourselves. Now once we did a self guided walk around inside the guide then met us outside for an outdoor tour. She was actually very good and knowledgeable. But to sell the tour as cathedral access plus a walking tour is a case of misselling. It was a walking tour alone. Just be aware before you buy the tickets.
Nick was a great toue guide. Very knowledgeable and funny. We enjoyed our time at the cathedral and learning all of the history.

We were given 45 minutes to walk through the interior of the cathedral. I liked that a lot. I had been to the cathedral several times before, but the renovated cathedral interior left me speechless.
